The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for helping monitor patient progress and administer breathing treatments based on the instructions provided by our team of Physicians. How you'll contribute

Trains new staff and Ensures all registrations and certifications are current, on file and up to date.
Partners with the management team and staff to conduct multidisciplinary staff meetings to ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the department.
Facilitates goal setting for staff working in the imaging sections.
Monitors goals, achievements and Ensures the outcome of the goals is reflected in the annual performance evaluations.
