Our Respiratory Therapists positively impact the lives of patients by managing the provision of prescribed respiratory therapy modalities to patients at home who have difficulty breathing. Working in partnership with a patient's physician, our Respiratory Therapists provide patient/caregiver education regarding self-administration of respiratory therapy equipment to treat new patients. Every effort is made to deliver World-Class Service in delivering government-approved lines of ventilators, portable and stationary oxygen concentrators and supplies to veterans and their caregivers throughout Texas, Arizona, and Southern California. Mid-Cities is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented, and compassionate individual to join our team. The Respiratory Therapist will deliver respiratory therapy equipment, provide patient education and training on proper use and safety, and perform required monthly ventilator checks. This position does not include providing clinical respiratory care services; the role focuses exclusively on equipment delivery, education, and ongoing support to ensure patient confidence and compliance. The Respiratory Therapist operates independently to schedule and complete monthly visits, offering maximum flexibility and an ideal opportunity to supplement other full-time employment. Patient load is flexible and can be adjusted based on the therapist's available time and schedule. Excellent time management skills will be critical in your ability to be successful in this role Use of basic office equipment and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
