The Registered Respiratory Therapist reports to the shift supervisor/manager. Capable of setting up and operating various types of equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and or illness. Ensures that vehicle is maintained per applicable accreditation standards at all times. Provides bedside respiratory care to patients as assigned by supervisors and given on the physician's written order for both in-house and out-patient care. Provides technical guidance and assistance to less qualified RT Staff (CRTs, RCPs).
