What Does A Respiratory Therapy Assistant Do At Ascension Health

* Cleans, assembles and inspects all equipment to be processed.
* Provides for proper sterilization of processed items.
* Monitors, receives, and stocks all respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders.
* Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment.
* Checks and maintains hospital emergency equipment and supplies.
* Checks equipment for proper functioning and calls appropriate resource for repair.
