What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance.
Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*

Physical Requirements
· Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
· Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
· Employment/promotion to this role will be contingent on successful completion of a background check
· Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December)
*Example: Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday). If preferred, an associate can also choose to have all three shifts of availability on the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and none during the week (Monday to Thursday)

Food Safety & Compliance

Document food temperatures each shift and take corrective actions as needed.
Inventory & Equipment Management
Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Assist with maintaining clean, functional equipment and facilities.
Leadership Responsibilities
In the absence of or at the direction of the Restaurant Manager:
Support and model Trexcon's Mission Statement and Core Values.
Interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
Coach and discipline staff when necessary.
Manage labor hours to meet budget expectations.
Reconcile time punches and payroll information for processing.
Order products from approved vendors and track daily sales and inventory.
Communicate with Home Office and Maintenance teams for support.
Organize staff meetings and attend management team meetings.
