RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Manager reports directly to General Manager, receives direction from General Manager and Area Director, and assists with a team of 3-5 managers the direct supervision of 30-60 employees. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
Work lunch, dinner and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service.

Restaurant General Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* Ability to work a 50+ hour work week. (Includes nights, weekends and some holidays)
* Frequent contact, both inside and outside the restaurant, with the general public, business, and various community organizations in order to develop and improve the restaurant's public relations.
