Duties and Responsibilities
Complete all training requirements including:

Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations

Utilize management tools and keep neat, accurate, and current records
Other responsibilities
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description
Ensure the team works safely and follows all safety guidelines and procedures
Immediately report all human resources and risk management concerns to your General Manager and District Manager
Escalate other concerns to your supervisor when appropriate
All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
Job Qualifications
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
1-3 years management experience required

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong operational skills in a customer-service & hospitality environment
Strong coaching skills
Intermediate mathematical computations skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to manage changing priorities

The responsibilities of the team member will include:
Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
Preparation of products.
Maintaining quality of product.
Monitoring all service equipment.
Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.

Must be at least 16 years of age
Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
