Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all culinary operations at our hotel or resort. A proven ability to lead both front- and back-of-house teams in the seamless delivery of weddings, social functions, and corporate events is essential. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required based on business volume and event scheduling.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, hotels preferred

Salary Range: $58,600 - $80,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
