Compensation: $31.50 per hour - INCREASED hourly pay
Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour available for certain hours and days of the week.
Overtime: OT over 40 hours and available.
Bonus Potential: $4,000 annual bonus potential (Safety Bonus - up to $1,000 potential per Quarter).

The Delivery Service Driver is critical to the success of Restaurant Technologies Our drivers are CDL-certified and build strong relationships with our food service customers and provide a superior customer experience with every stop of their route. As a Delivery Service Driver with Restaurant Technologies, you'll operate an automatic, 12,000-20,000 lb. GVW straight truck on an assigned local route to deliver our products and serve as the first point of contact for customer needs.
Primary Job Accountabilities:
Comply with internal process and procedures as well as all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
Maintain a safe and clean Commercial Driver's License.
Provide deliveries and pickups by loading and unloading trucks by pulling hoses and attaching to fill stations and checking tanks inside of customer locations.
Verifying Log information and entering all data into iPhone applications to include hours of service, and customer invoicing.
Communicate with customers to ensure performance is up to standards and the customer's expectations.
Efficiently and professionally service customers' needs and train them on the system as needed.
Ensure there are no oil outs and effectively track and report each customer stop.
Education, Requirements & Competencies:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
CDL Class A or B driver's license with Tanker Endorsement
Must have at least 6 months of driving experience OR a recent CDL Graduate from a credited school.
Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record
Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual
Knowledge and use of hand tools
2+ years of CDL regulated driving experience is highly preferred

Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security Officer may face situations dealing with our guests, employees, and company assets (whether it be social or emergency basis). The Security Officer will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.
WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
General Responsibilities
Protect Winter Park Resort assets by transferring deposits and handling change orders area wide
Monitor buildings and vehicles
Collect monies from seasonal lockers, token lockers, and gate cards in an unarmed capacity
Manage and assist with 24-hour building access for guests and employees using keys, card access, alarm access, and door codes
Assist Traffic Control by enforcing traffic regulations, assisting with jump starts, lockouts, and towing (during regular work hours and after hours)
Assist our guest by addressing complaints and problems (in mostly stressful situations)
Provide information, find lost people, and solve ski equipment mix-ups
Strive to achieve a 70% return rate, file ski theft reports, give refunds, assist with coin operated machine problems, handle Lost and Found (including after hours and during the off season), and administer Seasonal Locker program
Monitor snow fall and make calls for snow removal
Monitor and patrol buildings, vehicle, and foot traffic areas
Vary shifts according to available manpower and work responsibilities
Have 100% documentation of night logs
Provide 24-hour coverage for Winter Park Resort so problems can be dealt with promptly
Follow key authorization procedures for each department
Provide assistance to Winter Park Resort employees in areas of lost locker keys, vehicle problems, guest conflicts, absenteeism reporting, emergency contacts, and after hours First Aid care
Maintain flexibility to fulfill Security contract requests with outside vendors
Maintain competent enforcement procedures for enforcing laws as they pertain to the State of Colorado, Grand County, and the Town of Winter Park and Winter Park Resort
Uphold these competent enforcement procedures through investigation and proper reporting
Monitor the area for Emergency situations that may develop
Quickly respond and effectively deal with the situations to reduce risks for our guests and employees
Maintain and monitor fire protection systems, fire extinguisher maintenance, fire suppression equipment, alarm systems, and training
Maintain burglar protection systems and hold-up protection for the area
Provide basic medical assistance after hours and assist during business hours
Perform interviews and investigations for risk management, traffic accidents, theft, and ticket fraud
Enforce liquor codes and Skier Safety act
Handle disturbances and unruly guests
Fill out reports within 24 hours of incidents and make court appearance (if necessary)
Liaison between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies

The Lift Electrical Technician I completes industrial electronics control system maintenance, modifications, construction and inspections on lifts under the direction of the Lift Electrical Supervisor. The Service Technician plays a critical role in the success of Restaurant Technologies. Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of our advanced equipment in locations throughout the food service industry. As a Service Technician with Restaurant Technologies, you'll install our core products for new customers and assist with customer training through troubleshooting and servicing. For existing customers, you will be responsible for service, repair and routine maintenance.
Primary Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for installing and maintaining our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
Meet and control operational goals and timelines- service labor per hour, first time right, 5S standards, etc.
Comply with internal processes and procedures as well as all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicles and proper paperwork standards.
Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets customer's expectations.
Efficiently and professionally service customers' needs, training and coaching them on the system as needed.
Utilize iPhone apps to perform multiple functions in role (parts, customer notes, clocking in/out)
Position may include night installation work; schedule will vary based on customer demand & install schedule.

Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to problem solving customer issues for install and service
Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
Strong customer focus and ability to respond to challenging customer situations in a positive manner
Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record
Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
