Education, Training, & Experience: * Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program. * Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics. * At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience. * Ongoing participation in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills. Licenses & Certifications: * Current LPN or RN license issued by the Michigan Board of Nursing. * Current CPR certification (BLS preferred).
