About the Role
The Marketing Manager will serve as a hands-on, execution-focused marketing generalist responsible for owning marketing strategy, execution, and performance across Relevant Partners' active projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly autonomous, comfortable taking direction and running with it, and confident voicing ideas, insights, and recommendations without being asked. You'll oversee marketing across email, social, events, paid campaigns, and vendor partnerships, while managing a MarketingAssociate and collaborating closely with leadership.
The ultimate goal of this role is to drive measurable growth in engagement, lead quality, and conversion across multiple audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Own and publish monthly marketing content calendars across all channels (email, social, events, paid).
Plan and execute integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns in support of active and upcoming projects.
Proactively identify opportunities, surface insights, and recommend strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Management
Own email marketing strategy across newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows.
Develop and optimize lifecycle and nurture programs for investors, partners, and prospects.
Ensure email programs are well-segmented, thoughtfully messaged, and performance-driven.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Support the development and optimization of landing pages and marketing flows that drive lead capture and conversion.
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve funnel performance from lead to MQL.
Campaign Execution & Performance Management
Execute and optimize campaigns across social, email, paid media, events, and vendor-led initiatives.
Monitor performance against benchmarks and continuously refine campaigns to improve results.
Ensure consistent brand execution and messaging across all channels and projects.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver regular performance reporting and readouts across all marketing channels.
Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
Team & Vendor Management
Oversee and manage a MarketingAssociate, providing direction, feedback, and accountability.
Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with objectives.
Act as a central point of coordination for marketing execution across teams and stakeholders.

Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in downstream business development, with a strong track record of technical, economic and commercial experience in downstream business such refining, petrochemicals, marketing (wholesale & retail), lubricant, logistics and storage with a deep understanding of associated operations, optimization and value-chain integration.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups and negotiating with prospective partners and service providers to ensure successful business outcomes for the company.
Experience in executing term sheets and definitive agreements typical in downstream transactions, along with management of post-transaction integrations, setup and readiness.

Downstream Origination Department (DOD) identifies, evaluates, screens, reviews and recommends global business development opportunities in line with the downstream strategy and in coordination with other Admin areas within the Downstream business.
You will be responsible for screening and origination of potential investment opportunities in the areas of refining, petrochemicals, trading, retail business, logistics, storage and lubricants segments as well as executing approved transactions including initiation and management of due diligence, valuation, structuring and negotiations of proposed deals.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Manage business development process from screening through deal closure, including drive screening and validation activities to progress proposals through stage gates, prioritize business proposals against investment criteria and DOD portfolio strategy.
Prepare for and conducts negotiations to secure a deal is consistent with Saudi Aramco's offer, investor expectations and set parameters.
Assemble initial offerings to potential investor, leads investor selection activities, and coordinates with Saudi Aramco subject matter experts to draft Memorandums of Understanding/Letters of Intent.

As the successful candidate you will have:
Bachelor of Arts Business and Management or Bachelor of Science Engineering.
MBA is preferred.
You will have a Minimum of 12 Years of Experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, transaction execution, and project financing.
Transaction execution and leading negotiations of definitive documents experience is preferred.
Downstream industry experience (Refining, Petrochemicals, Retail, Lubricants), noting that products trading experience may not be considered relevant for the role is preferred.
Project Financing experience is preferred.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) are preferred.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferable, or other disciplines), Business, Finance or Economics from a recognized and approved program. MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
You must have:
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in downstream business development, with a strong track record of technical, economic and commercial experience in downstream business such refining, petrochemicals, marketing (wholesale & retail), lubricant, logistics and storage with a deep understanding of associated operations, optimization and value-chain integration.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups and negotiating with prospective partners and service providers to ensure successful business outcomes for the company.
Experience in executing term sheets and definitive agreements typical in downstream transactions, along with management of post-transaction integrations, setup and readiness.
An adequate understanding of financial analysis of companies and valuation methodologies; commercial principals of a transaction; different types of transaction

•3-5 years B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in planning and developing campaigns and managing corporate events.•Experience in event management and sales support software tools such as Cvent, Salesforce, SF Marketing Cloud and Seismic.•Experience managing projects with external vendors & agencies.•Working knowledge of key marketing financial drivers.•Writing samples that demonstrate strong writing skills for strategic messaging & content development.•Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work within a team environment including cross functional teams represented by other departments and/or companies.•Ability to effectively multi-task under time constraints in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and consistency to event goals•Physical attendance at events is a requirement of the job, including pre & post event activities, which could entail travel, or nights and weekends. •Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
