Job Responsibilities:

Provide restoration services for structures that have been damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather.

Complete a variety of tasks including but not limited to cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction of homes and businesses.

Support crew chief with tasks such as demolition of walls, flooring, cabinets, etc.

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a full time, direct hire, Water Damage Restoration Technician position. The opening is within a small, privately owned business located near Upton, MA with a significant amount of work and available hours (with overtime). Local candidates only being considered.


Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) to expand our team of experts. This individual will scope and estimate damage at project sites, administer necessary mitigation techniques, and run the project from beginning to end. During the course of the project, WRT will communicate with property owners, insurance professionals, property managers, and other contractors, and meet all parties needs with the highest quality customer service. Water damage mitigation experience and proficiency with moisture measuring devices, and drying equipment preferred. IICRC Certification (WRT & ASD) is preferred , but we will train and certify the right individual.


Training:

Training is provided at project sites and in-house by supervisors. We are happy to send our star technicians successful, committed team members to advanced training and certification courses. We are always growing, and are pleased to promote extraordinary people within the company.


Experience / Education:

A high-school diploma with experience as well as additional training, coursework, and certifications are preferred.


Skills & Abilities Required:

Attention to detail being thorough is a must!

Commitment to customer service; positive attitude; pleasant demeanor

Ability to contribute to a team, to work alone, and to follow supervisors instructions accurately

Proficient English speaking skills, as well as the ability to read & write effectively

The Position:
We’re looking for a Restoration Technician. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! WE PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING! This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

The pay range we’re offering is $17-$20 that is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:



Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service. Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work. Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement. Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves some nights and weekend assignments. Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
