Pressure washing, contaminant removal, and surface prep to ensure proper adhesion of materials. Install strengthening measures like rebar for concrete structures. Wet/dry cutting, prepping, grinding, and applying coating systems to concrete slabs. Blasting and coating of structural steel components. Repair and maintain ceramic, vinyl, and carpet tiles, as well as rubber flooring systems. Patch, repair cracks, and refinish surfaces using epoxy injections, shotcrete applications, and other techniques. Skillfully restore concrete surfaces or apply new finishes according to project requirements. Mix repair materials (epoxies, mortars, coatings) according to project specifications and apply them with precision to ensure high-quality finishes. Operate power tools, grinders, mixers, and other heavy equipment used in the restoration process. Perform routine maintenance and ensure tools are in proper working condition. Adhere to company work safety policies. Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned. Schedule & Travel: This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with some weekend work on a job-to-job basis. This division works day and night shift hours. This department typically works an average of ten- to twelve-hour days. This is a traveling position that will be on the road 95% of the time.
