The Assistant Program Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of program initiatives and is essential to ensuring the operational continuity, coordination, and administrative infrastructure required.

We're seeking an Senior Infection Control Coordinator. This individual assists in the continuing development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of the Emory Hospitals and The Emory Clinic Infection Control Programs.
Consistent with Infection Control Department goals and objectives, this individual:
* Coordinates activities to identify and reduce the risks of acquiring and transmitting infections in assigned focus area(s). These activities include problem identification and management, data and information collection, analysis and management, improvement processes, policy/procedure management, outcome evaluation and education.
* Communicates with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, state and county health departments, other health agencies, medical facilities and practitioners for reporting and/or investigation of infectious disease cases/clusters, required agent and disease case reports.
* Participates as a principle member of the Infection Committee(s) and Clinical Pathway Teams and serves on other ongoing and ad hoc committees or task groups throughout the organization.
* Chairs Infection Control related working groups as required.
* Coordinates the development and periodic review of Infection Control related standards, policies, procedures, practices and guidelines for assigned focus area(s) including infection surveillance, isolation/precautions, prevention and control in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
* Institutes disease/agent transmission control measures as necessary.
* Participates in patient/family counseling as necessary.
* Communicates with all personnel and medical staff regarding the interpretation and enforcement of and compliance with Infection Control Program policies, practices, and procedures.
* Analyzes data to recognize potentially important relationships or patterns of infection and to detect significant variations in processes or outcomes.
* Supports and/or assists in research and related activities.

* Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.

* Collaborates with Employee Occupational Health Services to identify and reduce the risks of acquiring and transmitting infections among health careworkers.

* Plans, conducts and documents formal and informal educational activities pertaining to infection control.
* Updates infection control materials used in the orientation of Nursing staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor's degree.
* Masters in Public Health preferred.
* RNs must have a current licensure in the state of Georgia.
* Two years of recent health care experience (within the past five years) which includes one year of clinical infection control experience is required.
* Certification in Infection Control (CIC) required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ As part of the Health and Well-being team, promotes a culture of health and well-being that addresses the population's health needs.
+ Additionally, the Well-being Coordinator will work closely with the team to create integrated programming designed to improve awareness of health and well-being issues and creates opportunities for Emory employees and spouses to engage in well-being activities.
+ Assists the team in answering all the questions about Healthy Emory and questions and/or concerns regarding well-being programs and resources.
+ Identifies opportunities to integrate the five dimensions of well-being (emotional and mental, physical, social and community, financial, and learning and career) into Emory's culture.
+ Collaborates with Leaders to drive engagement in well-being activities.
+ Collaborates with the Well-being Specialists to enhance the well-being champion network and provide support and resources at multiple locations.
+ Implements and coordinates project milestones and deadlines.
+ Successfully escalates concerns within the applicable organization and helps drive issue resolution promptly.
+ Creates and facilitates virtual and onsite health education programs and events, such as platform education, Lunch and Learns, workshops, and other programs.
+ Assists the senior manager in using operational metrics to define, track, and report on program activities, participation, and results and collect well-being champions activity reports.
+ Supports the implementation of onsite health promotion programs, including, but not limited to, biometric screenings, flu shots, and other events and programs across multiple locations.
+ Utilizes vendor resources, where applicable, to meet program objectives and support employees and spouses.
+ Attends health events, as requested.
+ May participate in the coordination of well-being champion meetings, provide support for hosting events, monitor the department calendar and inbox, monitor purchasing for the department, and review communications for the department to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and timeline management.
+ Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology or related field nor an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
+ One or more health-related certifications strongly preferred (i.e., well-being, personal trainer, dietitian, nutrition, etc.).
+ Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
The Emory Economics Department is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide support
to our Master of Science programs. In collaboration with their faculty Program Director, the
Program Coordinator would be responsible for the management of our MS programs with
duties including:
+ All outreach, marketing and promotion of MS programs through department website,social media, information sessions, presentations, tabling events, and email
+ Maintenance of documentation and paperwork necessary for the program, including admissions applications, student files, degree clearance, and curricular changes
+ Serve as the primary point of contact starting with prospective student inquiries all the way through graduation
+ Act as advisor for department student organizations
+ Provide logistical support to the Director of Placement and Professionalism
+ Execute tasks assigned by MS Program Faculty Advisory Committee
+ Other department related administrative tasks, such as department event logistical support and assistance to other academic program coordinators

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
At Oxford College of Emory University, the Library Coordinator reports to the Senior Coordinator of Daily Operations and manages physical and digital course reserves, responds to requests from faculty, and handles administrative tasks critical to the maintenance of the reserves collection. The role also involves ordering and cataloging new acquisitions including physical and digital resources and working within budget processes set by the Collections Librarian. The Coordinator creates and manages bibliographic records for various materials, such as books, serials, films, and rare books, using specialized knowledge of cataloging standards, provides ILS (Alma) expertise to the library, provides reference services and supervises student staff.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Manage physical and digital reserves: Process and prepare physical materials for the reserve collection and acquire digital resources and web links for the reserves module.
+ Process faculty requests: Mediates requests from instructors for placing materials on reserve, including assessing copyright and seeking e-resources or open access materials when necessary.
+ Library systems: Responsible for performing complex tasks within the ILS including but not limited to cataloging for physical books, eBooks, videos, and other digital materials. Also responsible for implementing new workflows as needed (EDI or API), generating system reports, creating metadata, invoicing, and vendor integrations. Handles more complex bibliographic management tasks or collection-specific duties, including selection and de-selection.
+ Implement technology: Support the implementation of new technology, develop training materials, and assist in the creation of documentation for new systems as needed.
+ Other duties: Supervises student employees and is a member of several internal library teams, serves on Oxford College and Emory University Libraries committees. Has the opportunity to participate in professional organizations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.
+ Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in an academic library setting. Must have experience cataloging using Alma integrated library system. Demonstrated experience managing course reserves and cataloging is required. Master's degree preferred.
+ Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, library systems proficiency, ability to handle multiple tasks are all essential.
+ Knowledge of and experience in meeting the research needs of students and faculty in a variety of subject areas; self-motivation; flexibility; strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills; initiative and ability to conceive and carry out projects on a deadline, including managing multiple responsibilities and effectively responding to the needs of a campus community that makes heavy demands on library services; ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a capable **Medical Assistant / MA Coordinator** who has acquired broad experience in caring for patients and has developed a sound understanding about the care of a particular patient population.
+ Performs assigned patient care and observation duties under the direction of a licensed provider, RN, or LPN.
+ Responsible for performing routine and more complex medical assistant clinical duties to include, but not limited to, taking vital signs, administering a limited profile of medications per The Emory Clinic approved policy, performing simple diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, drawing blood, sterilizing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining examination rooms in an outpatient care setting.
+ As part of a patient focused service, promotes a supportive and healing environment to enhance customer and staff satisfaction.
+ Assists in emergency situations as directed by a licensed provider, RN, or LPN.
+ Maintains a clean and healthy environment in compliance with Universal Precaution guidelines and safety standards.
+ Orders, verifies, and stores unit supplies.
+ Performs patient and practice administrative duties including: patient check in/out, chart prep, POS collection, scheduling follow-up appointments, scheduling ancillary & procedure appointments, uploading imaging and records, precertification for procedures, Zendesk requests, bump list, answering calls, and charge entry admin pool messages.
+ All duties and patient interaction performed in accordance with Emory Healthcare patient and family centered care standards.
+ May participate in research projects impacting patient care areas.
+ Performs other related responsibilities as required.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Basic computer skills required.
+ One year work experience preferred.
+ Current AHA BLS certification is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
+ Current certification as one of the following is required: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from the American Medical Technologists (AMT), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
+ Preferred certification is the CMA or RMA.
+ Must successfully complete all medical assistant orientation and training requirements and annual skills competency.
