The Goizueta Business School is in search of an Associate Director of Advising and Programming in the Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC). This position reports to the Senior Director of Full-time MBA Advising and Programming. We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated achiever with a detail-oriented and student-centric approach. This individual has a proven track record of initiative, ownership, and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Leads career preparation activities, events, and coaching for Full-time MBA students at Goizueta Business School, particularly those interested in careers in general management, operations, consulting, human resources, social impact, and real estate, among other areas.
+ Develops a career advising strategy for an assigned group of MBA students which includes creating pre-orientation programming for incoming students, developing custom student advising strategies and communication plans, and determining what career preparation workshops and resources will be offered throughout the year.
+ Meets regularly with assigned MBA students to provide personalized career coaching support.
+ Communicates with MBA students to ensure an accurate understanding of CMC services and student expectations, requirements, and responsibilities.
+ Collaborates with multiple key stakeholders, including Goizueta MBA alumni, the Full-time MBA Program Office, and MBA Admissions.
+ Evaluates and selects external vendors to ensure high-quality and relevant workshops and resources.
+ Participates in the development of departmental goals and objectives.
+ Prepares statistical reports and analyzes data.
+ Leads special projects.
+ Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A bachelor's degree in business administration or a field related to advising area and three years of career planning or related business/industry experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
+ An MBA is preferred.

**Description:**
Join the 30+ faculty in the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University/Grady Memorial Hospital.We are seeking a full-time remote Trauma Radiologist to read high volume, high acuity trauma cases at one of the most renowned teaching Level 1 Trauma hospitals in the Southeast. Position opening is for expansion due to increased volume.
+ This early overnight position rotates 1 week on (7 days, 9-hour shifts, **6p-3am EST M-F, 4-Midnight EST Sat-Sun** ) and 2 weeks off (inclusive of recovery, vacation, CME, academic days). **This equates to 17 weeks per year. Remote from anywhere in the USA except New Jersey, Hawaii, or Alaska.**
+ Read exclusively for Grady Memorial Hospital, one of the Southeast's busiest Level 1 trauma centers. Some interpretations provided in conjunction with on-site trainees.
+ The primary clinical scope will predominately involve trauma imaging (CT Head/C-Spine/Face, CTA Trauma CAP, CTA Runoffs, XR) working alongside a dedicated emergency neuroradiologist with the same hours as well as dedicated evening and overnight trauma radiologists.
+ Communication with other faculty and on-site trainees in primarily via Teams.
+ Very competitive INCREASED base salary with annual incentive bonus, professional development fund, and retirement contribution.
Candidates should have an interest in trauma imaging, possess strong clinical skills in multiple modalities, thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting and work well in collaboration with other radiologists. The Division operates 24/7/365. Candidates should be prepared to participate in both clinical and non-clinical divisional activities, including teaching and trainee supervision.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Applicants must be ABR Board-certified/eligible and eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
+ Candidates with emergency and trauma imaging experience are desired.
+ Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supports program operations and provides administrative support for advancement and alumni engagement staff in a school, unit, or central department.
+ Serves as primary liaison to departments within a school or unit as well as central service departments, working to build mutually beneficial relationships, improve communication and collaborative teamwork, and increase campus understanding of advancement and alumni engagement processes.
+ May generate briefings, reports, letters, and other materials for the team.
+ Provides project management support.
+ Schedules and coordinates meetings and events on behalf of team.
+ May monitor expenses and budgets.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
In addition to the duties outlined above, the coordinator may be required to:

The Varsity Athletic Sports Field Coordinator is responsible for directing Varsity athletic field maintenance and repairs, including the operation of grounds maintenance equipment such as tractors, reel mowers, skid steer loaders, infield groomers, power spray equipment, and various grounds maintenance implements used in conjunction with tractors. This includes turf areas and skinned infield areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ May use other grounds maintenance equipment such as trimmers, edgers, and backpack/street blowers.
+ Responsible for game day support and field preparation for home games of varsity baseball, softball, and soccer.
+ Plans activities and directs grounds maintenance staff in the execution of necessary game day activities such as field striping, infield preparation, irrigation management, and tarp management to optimize the playing conditions for each home varsity competition.
+ Responsible for post-game field duties such as cleaning of dugouts, field grooming, irrigation management, and tarp management for baseball and softball venues.
+ Inspects and removes debris from tennis courts, outdoor track facilities, and seating areas on a weekly basis.
+ Applies fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides to turf areas under the supervision of the Grounds Athletic Field Supervisor.
+ Adheres to OSHA standards, and other applicable federal and state regulations when working with hazardous chemicals, materials and power equipment.
+ Uses protective equipment as required.
+ May drive utility vehicles to and from work sites.
+ Assists with set-up and clean up of various outdoor events such as Commencement activities.
+ Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent, and four years of experience operating multi-gang reel mowers or related equipment in an athletic field or golf course environment.
+ Advanced knowledge of turf care principles of fertilization, disease prevention and management, soil management, mowing, and pest control.
+ A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record.
+ A Category 24 Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within six months.
+ Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.

**Data Cleanup & Quality Support**

+ Works with stakeholders to align data across platforms and resolve discrepancies.

The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University Medical School is seeking fellowship-trained radiologists in chest or abdominal imaging for full-time or part-time remote positions to join the thriving, expanding Division of Cardiothoracic Imaging (CT).
Candidates ideally will integrate in the division focusing predominantly on chest imaging, including chest X-rays, oncologic chest CT studies, lung cancer screening studies. Interstitial lung disease cases are also available to candidates who have interest. Candidates may choose to focus predominantly on thoracic imaging or have a mixed practice with abdominal or multispecialty imaging.
Our department is in a growth phase currently providing on-site and remote interpretive services for 8 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers that compose the radiology practices of Emory Healthcare and the Grady Health System.The Division is strongly oriented toward innovation with several Artificial Intelligence tools available to support the daily practice and operation.
In collaboration with successful candidates, physician schedules are carefully composed to optimize work-life balance and prioritize long-term personal and division success. We have several template schedules within the department including a 26 weeks on 26 weeks off schedule consisting of 8am-5pm weekday shifts and 7am-4pm shifts on the weekends/holidays. This equates to 182 shifts of clinical duty per year. We have additional schedules which can involve evening work and multispecialty imaging if this is an interest for the candidate.
Candidates may decide to participate in both clinical and non-clinical divisional activities, including teaching and trainee supervision.
State-of-the-art clinical equipment is present across the enterprise. The department has a strong commitment to faculty development and academic advancement.

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Business Manager position requires exceptional problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer-service skills. Excel skills in data management, particularly vLookup and pivot tables, are strongly preferred. This position serves multiple functions related to GME trainee payroll/employment and serves as the go-to person to answer trainee payroll/HR related questions from the GME trainees, staff, leadership and associated communities. JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Coordinates and directs departmental activities which may include the department's residency program, the transitional year program and/or other programs.
+ Provides input into departmental objectives, especially those pertaining to the residency program.
+ Interviews applicants and recommends candidates for admission to the residency program.
+ Establishes and administers departmental policies and procedures pertaining to teaching requirements, course objectives, and course content in compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Plans and develops courses for medical students, manages the course budget, negotiates with outside agencies to obtain funding and support for the course, and coordinates and administers the course throughout the academic year.
+ Arranges, administers, and proctors certifying and sub-specialty exams.
+ Develops, administers and monitors intern, resident, and operating budgets.
+ Collects and analyzes data to advise management of long range needs.
+ May develop various communications materials/methodologies such as newsletter articles, memos, videotapes, workshops, brochures, and focus groups.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and five years of professional business administration or management experience OR an equivalent combination of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Proven strong experience in HR and Payroll, preferably at Emory.
+ Familiarity with FMLA and other HR policies.
+ Knowledge on J-1/H1B visa processing.
+ Advanced Excel and Data Management/Analysis skills required.
+ Prior supervision experience preferred.
+ Exceptional problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer-service skills.
+ Masters degree strongly preferred.

Hakeem Laboratory is currently seeking a part-time Research Specialist to join our team. Hakeem Lab provides an exciting research program in the area of immune responses against viral infection and cancer. This position will report directly to Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Hakeem. Dr. Hakeem is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Emory University School of Medicine. The selected candidate will receive training in a broad array of mouse and human immunology techniques, including flow-cytometry. The candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to publications, and collaborations with clinical and translational research groups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Under general supervision, performs a variety of defined research and laboratory tests and procedures according to prescribed protocols and assigned schedules.
+ Sets up experiments as prescribed by a principal investigator.
