Key Responsibilities: Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home. Ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to. While working at the cash desk, Key Holder are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly. When working in the stockrooms, Key Holder are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized. Key Holder Responsibilities: Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed. Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts. Lead by example in customer service, sales, and store operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), taking charge of store operations, team support, and customer experience during assigned shifts. Drive personal sales performance while actively contributing to team selling and overall store goals.
