Responsible for selecting “the best of the best” products for our online shoppers. Will also be responsible for accurately selecting groceries ordered online by our customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.

Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicle.
Continually monitors incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.

Excell Marketing is seeking a full-time Retail Account Merchandiser to work in our retail locations in Cedar Rapids, IA and surrounding area. Your role at Jared Jewelers:
As a part of our Sales Team you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will:
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
Meet individual and team sales goals

Task and Responsibilities:
· Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
· Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
· Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
· Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
· Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
· Ability to multi-task. Juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
· Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
· Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
· Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
· Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
· Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc. Compensation: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
