Responsibilities:
Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge, particularly around vehicle features.
Showcase vehicle operations in the showroom and during test drives.
Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process, explaining operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Implement a prospecting system, contacting potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments and close deals.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Sales background preferred.
Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
