The role of a Style Consultant can provide you with the skills and experiences of: * Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store * Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising * Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation * Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest As a Style Consultant, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: * Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed. * Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs. * Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. * Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. * Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad. * Execute & maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests. * Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest. * Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution. * Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests. * Support fulfillment and guest's needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day. * Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. * Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. * Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws. * Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. * When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs. * Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target. * All other duties based on business needs WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This may be the right job for you if: * You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with. * You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success. * You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). * The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a style consultant. These arrangements may include hospitalization, voluntary and involuntary commitment or other placement. • Serve as liaison along with the provider and STR or other appropriate service providers to arrange for clinically appropriate follow up service for the individual and their family. • Work closely with the on-call psychiatrists in the management and determination or needed level of care. • Assist in training necessary for implementation of crisis services, to include training to staff who may be confronted with crisis situations, and serve as a resource for other training as necessary. • CSAC, LCAS, or CCS certified/licensed staff may also facilitate groups, individual sessions, and otherwise be available as needed to support the substance abuse recovery of individuals attending non-hospital medical detoxification program/facility based crisis program. • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements. • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas. • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations. • Follow service definition guidelines for services being provided. • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. • Driving and travel may be required.     Compensation Range: Base = $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus commissions & overtime eligibility REICO Kitchen and Bath is looking for a kitchen and bath designer and sales professional for our Greensboro showroom. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing, and/or interior design. This person will be required to generate sales leads, assist with customer walk-ins, and manage retails projects from initial contact through design and billing. This individual will work closely with contractors and builders, design using 2020/CAD, order products, schedule deliveries, effectively communicate with customers, sell fixtures and accessories, and cultivate positive customer experiences while earning commissions and building their business.
