* Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
* Execute & maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.
* Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
* Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.
* Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
* Support fulfillment and guest's needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.

We are looking for an Experienced SalesConsultant for our Superior Fence & Rail of Kansas City team. A successful candidate will like working with people, meeting customer needs and expectations, and solving problems both during the sales process and at the time of installation. You should like to work outdoors and be involved in home improvement and construction.
This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual SalesConsultant. NO COLD CALLING - leads are supplied through online marketing, social media, referrals, and leads from multiple home builders and general contractors. NO HARD SELLING - our customers are vetted and ready to buy a fence.
Paid training is provided for the first 6-8 weeks. Average compensation is $75K TO $130K per year. Computer and phone are provided, and a sales vehicle will be provided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision are offered. The territory for this position is Kansas City (KCK & KCMO) and surrounding cities. The typical work week is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
Learn & adopt Superior Fence & Rail's selling process and complete required training
Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
Pursue appointments and sales through supplied, active lead system
Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet and exceed sales goals
Minimum Requirements:
Prior Sales Experience, Outside & In-home sales is a plus
Fence, Lumber or General Construction Industry Knowledge preferred
Ability to work some weekends and evenings
Pass background investigation (no felony convictions)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and listening skills
Exceedingly positive in work attitude
Polished and professional in demeanor with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and proficiency
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
