This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. NO COLD CALLING - leads are supplied through online marketing, social media, referrals, and leads from multiple home builders and general contractors. NO HARD SELLING - our customers are vetted and ready to buy a fence. Paid training is provided for the first 6-8 weeks. Average compensation is $75K TO $130K per year. Computer and phone are provided, and a sales vehicle will be provided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision are offered. The territory for this position is Kansas City (KCK & KCMO) and surrounding cities. The typical work week is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
