PURPOSE
Primary Care SalesConsultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. The span of coverage will be within the Stockton, CA and Sacramento West, CA territories, which include the following cities: Woodland, Davis, Dixon, Sacramento, Rio Linda. Stockton, Elk Grove, Lodi, San Joaquin, Tracy, Arnold, and Amador, among others. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care SalesConsultant are to:
Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
Develop and implement effective customer specific business plans; communicates insights to internal stakeholders;
Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success;

Pay Scale:
Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build strong rapport with customers.
Drive profitability through timely, accurate and compliant financial performance.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
Present customers with financing options and products
Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines.
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
Contract or collect all money at closing
Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life
Expectations:
Minimum 3 years experience in finance
Customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Valid sales license
Positive attitude and demeanor
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
Applicable manufacturers certifications
Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.

Ensure monthly sales quota is met.
Responsible for a minimum number of appointments per week.

Position Requirements:
