Responsibilities
Provide a world-class customer experience. Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs and lead them through a selection of Sleep Number products that will deliver “the best sleep of their life.”

Compensation and Benefits

Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $49,000 - $57,000 (23.50 - 27.50). The Multi-Store Leader can speak more directly about the store's historical earnings potential.
