The Premium Sales Associate will support the Premium Sales team by generating revenue through premium membership sales, as well as generating business leads, selling ticketing packages, and group packages at Moody Center. This role focuses on identifying new business leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and assisting with premium event by event sales. The position also helps maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and create referral opportunities. Revenue goals will be established and monitored through regular meetings with Director of Premium Sales.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, motivated to learn, and enjoys connecting with people. This position works closely with the Director of Premium Sales to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional premium experience to all guests.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00 and is commission eligible

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed established goals tied to monthly and/or yearly KPI goals for contracted revenue, new business, event-by-event sales, and renewals.
Prospect, network, set appointments, and aggressively sell all available memberships and single event premium inventory as well as follow up on leads provided.
Conduct sales via phone, virtual, email and in-office meetings/sales center presentations.
Enhance relationships with new and existing clients and Premium members to create memorable experiences and share best practices related to specific goals and initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce, Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platforms for efficient reporting and historical data purposes.
Maximize relationships with clients/members to identify new revenue opportunities.
Positively contribute to the sales and service culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all Moody Center associates across various departments within the organizations.
Participate and contribute to daily and/or weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Will act as the premium seating representative on assigned event days to be the point of contact for members and suite holders and ensure the smooth success of the event.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has at least some prior sales experience, such as an internship or entry-level role within sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or other related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to establish solid business relationships.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and service principles.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, motivated to learn, and enjoys connecting with people.
Strong work ethic and willingness to grow within a premium sales environment is required.

You are:
A Business Development Analyst who focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers by handling inbound sales lead calls, making outbound follow-up calls, qualifying opportunities, setting up qualified prospects.
The Work:
+ Understands and communicates Navisite part of Accenture's value proposition in general and as it relates to unique needs of each prospect.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound sales or BDR/SDR role
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a technology sales capacity (software implementations (Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, JDE, etc.) cloud migrations, managed services, professional services, etc.)
+ Minimum of 1 year experience meeting a sales lead quota (ie: booking two new meetings month)
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

Physical Requirements:
Requires periods of close concentration, must be able to multi-task, must be able to walk up to 3 miles a day on campus, must be able to sit/stand for long periods at conventions, must be able to concentrate in noisy/busy environment, and must be able to travel, including ability to drive for periods from 2 to 5 hours, depending upon the territory involved. A valid driver's license is required with daily travel within territory and frequent over-night trips (currently 20% but subject to change). Attendance at national sales meetings and regional meetings is required (5 or more days). During the fall and spring selling seasons it is necessary to work more than 40 hours per week. During these seasons it is necessary to spend all day on campus and then complete paperwork, sampling, and expense reports in the evening.
This position is based in the Chicago, IL territory. It is expected that the incumbent will live within the Chicago, IL area.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and lead generation tools
Conduct roof inspections and present tailored solutions
Create accurate estimates and proposals
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Manage projects from material ordering to job scheduling and completion (
we don't just sign contracts, we're with the client to the finish
)
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow SOPs
Ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals

About the Role
Business Development Representatives are creative, passionate, and self-driven team players. In this important role, BDRs on our install base team will be the first point of contact for our existing customers. Through direct outreach efforts, you will engage and qualify current customers to showcase Bonterra's entire suite of software offerings. This role is for entry-level candidates looking to launch their career in software sales. The goal is to put Bonterra products in the hands of as many customers as possible, helping them do more good and change the world! This is a role that requires someone with self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
What You'll Do:
Educate existing clients on the value of Bonterra software and services
Following up on high volumes of new leads in a fast-paced manner
Understanding our existing customers' needs and desired outcomes and effectively communicating on how Bonterra's product platform will meet them
Manage leads and schedule qualified product demonstrations for Install Base Account Executives
Meet performance-based goals around outbound activity, qualified meetings
Using Salesforce for lead/customer management and sales forecasting

We're looking for a Commercial Inside SalesRepresentative to join Procore's Sales team. In this role, you'll partner with our Account Managers and Sales Engineers to support the entire sales lifecycle for existing commercial businesses.
As a Commercial Inside SalesRepresentative and expert resource to our Commercial Account Managers, you'll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team. You'll supplement sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Manager of Inside SalesRepresentatives and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You'll Do:
Generate a healthy "Run Rate" business within your segment. "Run Rate" comprises product line cross-sell, upsell, and contract expansion into current clients, and initial "Land & Expand" deals with separate business units or subsidiaries of large clients
Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients and serving as their front end point of contact
Work in close partnership with Account Managers to support pre-sales efforts with clients and partners
Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution
Work with Field Sales team to expand existing business by addressing clients technical challenges
Set up Commercial Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the client's organization
Complete immersion and mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
Provide fellow team members with mentoring and support
Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore's evolution as a market leader

What we're looking for:
2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model
Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

Base Pay Range:
27.87 - 38.30 USD Annual
On Target Earning Range:
96,600.00 - 132,825.00 USD Annual
