As a retail sales representative, you may have to deal with some crazy customers. But as long as those customers buy from you, then it's all worth it. From furniture and motor vehicles to appliances and apparel, retail salespersons are responsible for getting a customer to buy merchandise.

A big part of this job is customer service. While the customer may not always be right, employers will hire people who are able to remain professional. So if you think you can keep your cool with an irrational customer and can learn while on-the-job then becoming a retail sales representative might be right up your alley.
