**About the Role**
UKG is seeking a Group Vice President responsible for maximizing sales revenue and exceeding annual profitability goals for UKG's Retail and Hospitality Sales team. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of the Sales Go to Market Organization. This role involves leading and managing a team of Sales Leaders and their sales teams who are accountable for selling UKG SaaS solutions and other related services to new and existing clients, maximizing the suite of product offerings from UKG.
Additionally, the Group Vice President will ensure strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver incredible success for our customers and prospects. In alignment with a highly effective sales process, this team will be supported by robust pre-sales and sales operations teams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Meet and exceed revenue targets
+ Lead 4 to 5 Enterprise sales teams

**Who You Are**
+ 10+ years proven experience selling software solutions to C-suite level
+ 5+ years as a senior leader managing successful sales teams
+ Demonstrated experience being a change agent
+ Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
+ Ability to Travel as required, as this role is a virtual position
+ 2nd level sales leadership experience preferred
+ Experience selling or leading a team selling WFM or HCM software preferred

Overview:
Attend targeted meetings with physicians, associations, and related personnel to present product advantages and ensure follow-up is completed until the sales cycle is closed, thereby meeting the established Company goals.
Responsibilities:
Follow established promotional plans and strategies to sell the glucose monitor to potential customers through key physicians, office and nursing personnel, patients, associations, etc.
Prepares, guides, and offers presentations to all potential clients and follows up on them.
Establishes and maintains excellent business relations with all targeted providers and key personnel (e.g., community opinion leaders).
Interacts with customers in one-to-one sessions, sales team meetings, and stand-up presentations.
Explain treatment and benefits to customers to appropriately oversee their medical condition.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, science, marketing, finance, or related fields, or Associate's degree or two years of studies equivalent to 60 approved university credits.

Overview:
Attend targeted meetings with physicians, associations, and related personnel to present product advantages and ensure follow-up is completed until the sales cycle is closed, thereby meeting the established Company goals.
Responsibilities:
Follow established promotional plans and strategies to sell the glucose monitor to potential customers through key physicians, office and nursing personnel, patients, associations, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, science, marketing, finance, or related fields, or Associate's degree or two years of studies equivalent to 60 approved university credits.
At least three (3) years of experience in sales or related areas, preferably with experience in Diabetes, Pharma, Science, or the Health Care industry.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and promotion of products and services, preferably in the Diabetes and or health industry.
