As a SalesRepresentative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Emergency Care products, with a focus on Fire Emergency Medical Services solutions, to pre-hospital providers. POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Fastsigns Inside SalesRepresentative(ISR) is part sales guru, part customer service king. The ISR loves working with people, both customers and team members. The ISR is knowledgeable about the signs we make (don't worry, we'll help you learn this) so they can educate the customers, not just on price, but also on the best solution for their sign needs. A Fastsigns ISR is outgoing, driven, and independent. All others, need not apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide the customers you work with through the entire purchase, whether they walk in through the front door, call on the phone, or send us an email.
Master our point of sales system. You create estimates and orders, and take payments.
Communicate with the Fastsigns Design and Production teams about the customer's needs, requested changes, and deadlines.

Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.

Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
