Responsibilities
Provide a world-class customer experience. Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs and lead them through a selection of Sleep Number products that will deliver “the best sleep of their life.”
Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. Provide timely, relevant follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad, apps); technology engagers and early adopters preferred.
Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.

Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and training preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base pay, plus commission and bonus plan
Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential.
Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $59,000 - $68,000

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an election sales professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the election domain. Someone who is passionate about democracy and has a desire to help local election administrators run successful elections.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Your primary focus will be on developing customer relations, and completing sales of Soch's products. This includes but is not limited to election management solution for poll workers, inventory, election security, incident report, chain of custody, public records and other important aspects of election management to conduct fair, safe and secure elections.
You will be responsible for managing opportunities and relationships with customers in a specified assigned territory/state(s).
Leveraging your established connections and local election knowledge will contribute significantly to your growth in this position.
Email, cold calling, outreach via LinkedIn and other networking channels to expand customer base.
Strong communication skills needed to promote/demonstrate products and services offered by Soch.
Travel to conferences and local/state election offices as needed for the facilitation of sales.
You must be a quick learner to learn the products and services offered by Soch
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the management team.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
Must have existing established network in elections
Minimum 1 years of experience in election sales
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Election conferences experience
Ability to work / collaborate with a team
Strong work ethic with ability to self-manage workload and deliverables under tight deadlines
Familiarity with CRM software (good to have but not required)
Self-starter with a positive attitude and very good interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Proficiency in using word, excel, pdf, computer/laptop and online applications
Strong communication skills and able to demonstrate products during conference and onsite visits to election offices.
Able to operate non-commercial vehicle for business travel

Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments, providing accurate information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances.
Self-generate prospective Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics sales. Take the initiative to identify the customers' overall business needs and not just their transportation needs.
Level 2 New Truck sales reps should average 3 to 5 Trucks sold per month
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable according to Rush insurance requirements.

Qualifications:
