The Retention Representative is responsible for customer retention. Responsibilities include fielding customers that call in to disconnect internet, voice, and cable TV services. Works under the direction of the Market Sales Manager to retain customers through promotions.
Essential Job Functions

* Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to existing customers by telephone and e-mail;
* Ensures customer satisfaction and supports a positive impression of Ritter Communications;
* Remains knowledgeable of products and services and remains aware of competitors' services, offers, and initiatives;
* Demonstrates strong influencing skills;
* Enters customer work orders at the end of transactions and sets expectations regarding the timeliness and completion of the work orders;

Core Responsibilities
Uses active listening, empathy and assumes ownership of customer issues through to resolution.Communicates a professional sense of urgency, with various departments, in an effort to rectify customer issues.Minimizes churn by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications and expands their product mix with Comcast.Proactively encourages retention by contacting clients at various high propensity churn points in their life cycle (i.e. 3-6 months prior to contract expiration, after successive service calls etc.) to assure customer satisfaction and to re-contract and extend customer relationships where appropriate.Meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for all product lines.Demonstrates strong problem solving and communications skills.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation
Base Pay: $17.45

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.10

Here you will have an opportunity to support the Scripps Health Clinics across the organization and gain exposure to many of our different locations as needed.

SSRS Medical Assistants hired with a start date greater than 6/1/22 will receive an incentive payment of $450 at three months and $1050 at twelve months of employment. Employee must be an SSRS employee at the time of the incentive payment.
To qualify, the MA must have one year of experience. All incentives are subject to tax.

These positions are full time Monday - Saturday with varied shifts between the hours of 7am - 7pm.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

* Internal candidates
* Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

* Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
* Must remain in original department/specialty
* Must remain in original Job Title
* Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter

*Required Qualifications:*

* Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program OR hold a Medical Assistant Certification OR have a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman

* BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)

* One year of experience working as a Medical Assistant

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* 2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant

* Experience supporting two or more providers

* Experience rooming 15 or more patients per day
