The right candidate will be able to work in the Reading, PA area. The engineering team is designing an automated process that will be operator-friendly. - Sudlersville water system design: RETTEW secured USDA funding for the project and designed the centralized system. RETTEW was responsible for designing the water treatment, storage, and distribution systems; permitting the water system, and overseeing the construction of the systems. In addition, RETTEW prepared the construction documents, technical specifications, and plans for the construction of the water systems. We coordinated among USDA, MDE, and MDSHA to uphold the requirements of each administration. This project ensures the distribution of clean water to Sudlersville residents and improves the overall health and safety of those living and working in the area. - Asylum Run Interceptor Replacement: RETTEW designed and replaced approximately 4,400 LF of VCP with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer line, as well as 14 48-inch manholes. The project also involved the construction of an access/maintenance road for staging and additional workspace, as well as improving a section of the Capital Area Greenbelt trail.
