Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Deep understanding of food safety, quality, and compliance (FDA/USDA).

Your Role at KIK
The Plant General Manager for Household will be accountable for the successful operation of a multi-product manufacturing facility (bleach, laundry, window wash, and/or cleaners) with an annual throughput of 3-15 million bottles. Reporting to the Household Vice President of Operations, the Plant General Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust operating model and positive winning culture centered around safety, employee engagement, productivity, reliability and quality while meeting throughput and conversion cost per unit expectations. What You'll Be Doing
Establishment and Continuous Reinforcement of Plant Culture

Drive safety as the number one priority within the plant
Establish and foster a plant culture of teamwork, collaboration and engagement, ensuring employees have clear direction, frequent communication, recognition and accountability for results.

Drive quality excellence, ensuring all products meet quality standards with no withdrawals or recalls
Define and champion the identification and proposal of CAPEX project. Ensure projects are actively managed to ensure timely and effective implementation

Talent
Hire, grow and develop production staff and continuously increase plant top talent

Ensure all positions are clearly defined, including hiring criteria and position deliverables

Vedanta's pipeline has been built using the company's industry-leading product engine for the development of therapies based on defined consortia of bacteria grown from pure clonal cell banks. The product engine, supported by foundational IP, includes one of the largest libraries of bacteria isolated from the human microbiome, vast clinical datasets, proprietary capabilities in consortium design, and end-to-end CGMP manufacturing capabilities at commercial launch scale.
The Role:
The Vice President, Clinical Operations has deep expertise in the operational processes involved in clinical-stage drug development. This leader is responsible for managing the people and activities of Clinical Operations, including the planning, execution, and management of Vedanta's global clinical program(s). Responsibilities include oversight of Clinical Operations budgets and timelines, including planning and forecasting. Additionally, this individual will own the relationship between Vedanta and contracted research organizations (CROs) and other vendors working on Vedanta's clinical programs. Specifically, they will ensure CRO deadlines and deliverables are met, risks are proactively identified, and the CRO and Vedanta are seamlessly integrated. This individual will lead future CRO selection processes as needed.
The Vice President, Clinical Operations will prioritize and embrace their role as people manager and mentor. They will guide and lead the development, training, resourcing, and management of the Clinical Operations team. They must be an adept team-builder, able to identify and grow high-caliber contributors.
The person in this role must thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a well-honed, flexible, and adaptable mindset. Here's What You'll Do:
Provide strategic and operational oversight of Vedanta's clinical trials to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and in compliance with all relevant regulations, including ICH and CFR guidelines
Develop and manage the Clinical Operations budget and resource forecast
Serve as a member of the corporate Operations Leadership Team
Ensure that goals and objectives of the development programs are met by providing strategic and tactical input into the planning and execution of clinical trials
Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with CROs and other vendors to support clinical trials
Work with team members to ensure that Trial Master File (TMF)-related documentation is current, filed at the appropriate locations, and ready in a timely manner for TMF audits or inspections

Requirements:
BS, RN, MS degree or higher, plus at least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 10 years of Clinical Research or Clinical Operations leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of GCPs governing the conduct of clinical trials; working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
In-depth experience in selecting CROs and key vendors, negotiating key terms, and managing these relationships
Deep drug development experience, with a track record of success in the execution of clinical trials in Phases 1-3
Experience in developing SOPs, risk mitigation plans, and clinical operations metrics
Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment; demonstrated ability to lead, manage performance, mentor, and build clinical operations teams

What you will be doing
Oversees multiple project plans and project productions within one or two states of a division.
Provides technical expertise to project bids by working closely with estimating, engineers, project managers and bid review committees.
Enforces Company and project safety plans at all project sites to ensure Company and sub-contractor safety compliance.
Reviews proposed project plans to ensure plan is in compliance with project contract cost estimate, production goals and quality adherence, within schedule.
Coordinates with Human Resources to ensure all projects have accurate personnel assigned and recruiting efforts are assigned to upcoming project needs.
Reviews and ensures project costs are coded accurately for financial reporting.
Provides technical guidance and resources to the project management team to ensure projects progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews weekly and monthly project status reports and ensure that schedules/ plans will meet project goals.
Evaluates project activities to determine compliance with government regulatory agencies and coordinate with agencies for permitting regulations.
Assists project managers with Owner relations, presentations and change order requests, as needed.
Manages and provides oversight to insurance issues, as needed.
Participates in the selection and contract execution with subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversees and/or audits project cost controls, budgets, invoicing, estimates and project forecasting and provide input to upper management related to project operations and status.
What we are looking for
15+ years' experience in heavy civil construction required.
12+ years' experience managing construction teams required.
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Managing heavy civil/highway projects, construction, business and financial risk management experience required.
Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong communication skills to set clear expectations to direct reports and appropriate stakeholders. Able to hold personnel and third-party participants accountable to expectations and deliverables.
Strong leadership skills to support internal talent growth and mentorship at multiple projects types and locations.
Proficient multi-tasking and prioritization skills to provide technical guidance to scheduling, production, construction issues and Owner relationship situations.
Expert knowledge of complex construction means and methods.
Proven knowledge and ability to manage claims process and negotiate with Owner regarding project issues.

The temporary Administrative Operations Manager position has the following major components:
This highly visible position manages the front office and the financial administration of the Gordon Institute. This position provides general administrative support to the to the Gordon Institute Team - the Director, Institute staff, faculty, and students. This position also routinely interfaces with corporate partners.
This position assumes a diverse set of administrative and organizational functions to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Institute and its office suite. The jobholder will support administrative finance operations, program front-office operations, scheduling, event planning, plus the hiring and supervision of undergraduate student workers. This position will support program industry relation activities, as well as provide general classroom support for faculty.
Other work related task are outlined below:
Manage general office support: Manage day-to-day administrative needs of the Institute, including coordination of visitors, oversight of work-study students, ordering supplies, maintenance of equipment and workplace | Develop and document administrative systems to improve institute workflow.| Ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner for seminar/colloquium coordination | Manage projects on an ongoing basis that pertain to the management of the office, faculty support and operations of the Institute.
