    Allow me to introduce you to Kutol Products Company, we are a thriving hand soap and hand sanitizer manufacturer operating out of our Silver LEED Certified facility in Sharonville, Ohio. We process and package both cosmetic and drug formulas that work with our proprietary dispensing systems across the country and beyond. We are currently seeking a Liquid Processor to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.” At Kutol our Liquid Processor produces batches of product in a safe and efficient manner according to formula and processing specifications to ensure quality product is produced for on-time shipment to the customer. Those batches are then checked by Quality Control and the processor makes any adjustments as directed. Approved batches are then transferred from the mix tank to the storage tank until our filling lines are ready to package the product. Accurately complete all batch records and associated documentation. Currently we have opening for Liquid Processor on 2nd Shift. The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include: Receive direction from the Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager on batches to be processed, and ensure raw materials are on hand before starting a batch. Make batches precisely according to formula and work instructions, report any mistakes in the batch making process promptly to the Shift Manager before proceeding. Log in items where required and transfer batches to proper location as needed. Adjust batches as directed by the lab to bring product into spec in a timely manner. Perform sanitation procedures as required by written procedure and GMP principles. Properly transfer completed batches to storage as needed to facilitate production. Correctly tag finished product in drums or totes to be filled in production or shipped to the customer. Maintain 5S standards for safety and good housekeeping daily, complete these tasks prior to handing production off to the oncoming shift. Follow established safe work practices in completion of tasks. Understand and apply OTC processes and requirements. When batches are complete and properly tagged by Quality Assurance, put raw materials away in designated areas. Keep chemical storage area neat, clean and organized. Ensure drums are emptied of all materials before putting in them in the empty drum storage area, load empty drum trailer as required. Performs other duties, assignments or projects as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: Minimum 10th grade proficiency in math & reading. Minimum 6 months prior work experience to include basic mechanical skills such as transfers and line hook ups in a liquid production setting. Knowledge/Skills & Ability: Ability to read and follow formulas and work instructions Ability to properly calculate, weigh and add ingredients as specified Good interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork Knowledge of the safe handling of hazardous chemicals and applicable raw materials Forklift certification Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to perform heavy work, lifting and moving objects up to 60 pounds Climbing, lifting and dumping materials up to 60 lbs into tanks. We are currently seeking a Liquid Processor to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.” At Kutol our Liquid Processor produces batches of product in a safe and efficient manner according to formula and processing specifications to ensure quality product is produced for on-time shipment to the customer. Those batches are then checked by Quality Control and the processor makes any adjustments as directed. Approved batches are then transferred from the mix tank to the storage tank until our filling lines are ready to package the product. Accurately complete all batch records and associated documentation. Currently we have opening for Liquid Processor on 2nd Shift. The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include: Receive direction from the Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager on batches to be processed, and ensure raw materials are on hand before starting a batch. Make batches precisely according to formula and work instructions, report any mistakes in the batch making process promptly to the Shift Manager before proceeding. Log in items where required and transfer batches to proper location as needed. Adjust batches as directed by the lab to bring product into spec in a timely manner. Perform sanitation procedures as required by written procedure and GMP principles. Properly transfer completed batches to storage as needed to facilitate production. Correctly tag finished product in drums or totes to be filled in production or shipped to the customer. Maintain 5S standards for safety and good housekeeping daily, complete these tasks prior to handing production off to the oncoming shift. Follow established safe work practices in completion of tasks. Understand and apply OTC processes and requirements. When batches are complete and properly tagged by Quality Assurance, put raw materials away in designated areas. Keep chemical storage area neat, clean and organized. Ensure drums are emptied of all materials before putting in them in the empty drum storage area, load empty drum trailer as required. Performs other duties, assignments or projects as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: Minimum 10th grade proficiency in math & reading. Minimum 6 months prior work experience to include basic mechanical skills such as transfers and line hook ups in a liquid production setting. Knowledge/Skills & Ability: Ability to read and follow formulas and work instructions Ability to properly calculate, weigh and add ingredients as specified Good interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork Knowledge of the safe handling of hazardous chemicals and applicable raw materials Forklift certification Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to perform heavy work, lifting and moving objects up to 60 pounds Climbing, lifting and dumping materials up to 60 lbs into tanks. Hangs and tags quality donations quickly, according to agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets. Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition.
