Responsibilities: Assemble wood cabinets from engineering drawings utilizing a variety of different tools and equipment Requirements: * Installation and fabrication of cabinet components and hardware * Assist in training cabinet makers at all skill levels * Laminate cabinets and panels as needed * Meet all QA and QC standards for each task * Function with minimal amount of supervision * Close attention to detail * Meet standards of safety and 5S * Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture * Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance per company handbook * Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. * Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
