Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
* Leads in the development of the overall strategic direction, operating budget, delivering business objectives, and overall people management for Collections and recoveries.
* To have an adequate and relevant collection strategy which is commensurate with the size and risk of the portfolio.
* Drives collaboration and deliver synergies across all Collections teams, credit risk teams and stakeholders.
* Communicate, on a regular basis, to counterparts in Credit Risk functions and business teams on market intelligence and/or significant shifts in customer segments, behavioural patterns etc to facilitate timely revisions to policies, procedures and business strategies where required.
* Liaise with Partnership tie-ups to ensure appropriate collection strategies and governance framework is in place.

* Keeps abreast of emerging issues, industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements and oversees the establishment and delivery of respective requirements.

* Making optimal use of all collection tools and using analytics and data segmentation to enhance collection efficiency.

* Ensure adherence to the OR Assurance Framework in the identification, assessment, mitigation and control and monitoring of risk. Ensure adequate traction, track, and follow through management actions to mitigate identified operational risks exposure.

Position Summary: The Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles used in civil construction and earthwork operations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and work orders in accordance with company procedures.
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify equipment issues and complete necessary repairs.
Replace and repair parts such as bearings, brakes, hoses, seals, and other mechanical components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Occasionally assist with welding or fabrication work as needed.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk, with frequent lifting, guiding and/or carrying of light-weight materials or equipment for up to 12 hours.

Able to lift up to 50lbs • Use hands, arms and legs fully; grasp, manipulate, and assemble small to large objects with the aid of forklifts or cranes as needed; see and hear well.
Must be able to hear with or without aid.
Good eye hand coordination.
Communicate by speech and hearing in person at a Basic English proficiency.
