The Vice President of Medical Affairs Aesthetics and Medical Information will provide senior leadership for Medical Affairs efforts across Revance's aesthetic programs, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that the clinical community's needs are understood, and therapeutic area strategies are developed to provide the scientific and clinical data thought leaders and specialist physician groups need to appropriately and safely treat their patients. This candidate will also oversee Revance's Medical Information function and furthermore ensure appropriate clinical and scientific support to colleagues in research and development and commercial functions.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
Setting the direction of the Medical Affairs programs in the company through strategic planning and the effective implementation and management of practices and initiatives.
Leading and facilitating collaboration with senior leadership across the Clinical, R&D and Commercial organizations.
Maintaining relationships with key thought leaders in aesthetic specialty areas within which Revance has interest in order to ensure the company's strategy is aligned with the patient and clinician for a given disease state, as well as wider healthcare needs.
Leading the Medical Affairs function to ensure alignment of company goals, medical strategies and activities; encourage and bring about team cohesiveness and create a positive culture in the Medical Affairs function.
Establishing and managing an effective medical affairs team structure responsible for oversight of operations, teams dedicated to the aesthetic area and hiring top talent, including Medical Directors as needed, as well as Field Medical and Medical Information personnel.
Providing input into all aspects of product development and promotion across the product life cycle, partnering with other functions including Commercial, Development, Research and Marketing.
Leading the development of processes to collect and integrate medical-related information.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal company policies of all Medical Affairs related activities and programs.
Basic Qualifications:
D., Ph.D. or PharmD, preferably with a board-certified specialty qualification.
10+ years of industry experience which would include lifecycle product management, medical affairs, GCP, late phase study planning and execution, and significant sustained team leadership responsibility.
Experience managing large teams combined of both direct and indirect reports.
Outstanding track record within the Medical Affairs function within the pharmaceutical industry and will bring strong leadership, as well as superior medical/scientific qualities to this role.
Strong expertise in Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, including experience in Phase IIIb/IV clinical trials and the ability to interpret scientific data.
Knowledge and experience in design and oversight of late phase clinical studies, publications, professional engagement and education across multiple therapeutic areas.
Experience and demonstrated capability in managing and leading teams through a significant growth phase and in establishing programs in close correlation with Clinical and Commercial teams.
High scientific and business impact across global therapeutic areas and corporate functions. Ensures alignment between patient need, product development and commercial activities.
Deep knowledge of the regulations applying to medical/clinical trials.
Proven leadership capability in aligning medical strategies with corporate goals and providing critical business shaping insights.
A strong commitment to the development of staff within the function and the achievement of high performance standards

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
Perform a wide variety of quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with Revance procedures, applicable US and international regulatory requirements for biologic drug substances and drug products under clinical development and commercial manufacturing.
Perform incoming quality attribute inspections; review and disposition of incoming raw materials (e.g. chemicals, packaging and labeling materials, components, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:

Principal DevOps Engineer - ML/AI Algorithms

As a Principal DevOps Engineer - ML/AI Algorithms, you will work on products that help people with the most precious thing they have - their health. You will be part of the RIS Research & Development team contributing to digital health products touching Imaging, ML/AI, and computational science.
The Opportunity
As Principal DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with important stakeholders on the development of the build, release, and deploy toolchain for DevOps, paving the way for seamless and efficient software delivery processes.
This role can be based in Santa Clara (primary location) or in secondary locations (Mississauga, Canada or Basel, Switzerland).
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the initiative to set up, manage, and meticulously maintain parity across development, staging, and production application environments in cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, ensuring a robust and consistent deployment pipeline.

Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a DevOps or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
* 8+ years of experience with container technology, including Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Helm Charts, Splunk, and Docker, along with provisioning infrastructure through IAC using Terraform and cloud automation principles.
* Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration in Shell scripting and internals with a preference for Ubuntu.
* Deep working experience and extensive knowledge in building and deploying infrastructure using IaC frameworks such as terraform and AWS Cloudformation/SAM.
* Experience building and automating scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, distributed computing and versioning large-scale image datasets.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and proficiency in log analysis and monitoring tools are essential for effective troubleshooting and system optimization.
* Proficiency in Python for automating production systems, including Git, Gitlab, Git actions, GitHub CI/CD, familiarity with common ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to understand the engineering needs of the ML models you will be deploying.
* Strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, API Gateway, Kubernetics, RDS, VPC peering, Route53, S3, IAM, Batch, Lambda, AWS Config and Autoscaling.

* MLOps experience with demonstrated experience supporting machine learning or computer vision teams.

As one of the Access Strategy Leads (ASLs), you play a critical role in ensuring Roche and healthcare systems deliver rapid, broad, and sustainable patient access to innovative offerings. The ASL acts as a strategic thought partner and expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective access strategies to ensure our commercialization and development strategies fully reflect market conditions and access considerations. The ASL drives the strategic integration of access by ensuring that Global Access (GA) expertise, and access and policy considerations are effectively incorporated into development and commercialization strategies at all phases of the lifecycle, including asset strategies, disease area strategies, and commercialization strategies.
The Opportunity
* Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) for the unified Access team, championing the Access/Payers perspective on the Commercial Leadership Teams and ensuring their needs and challenges are prioritized.
* Lead the development and implementation of holistic access strategies that are scalable, feasible, and balance patient access with sustainable pricing and reimbursement across markets.
* Assemble, synthesize, and distill access insights from research, affiliate feedback, and GA intelligence into a compelling Disease Area (DA) Access strategic brief to shape and refine the commercialization strategy.
* Ensure that the commercialization strategy seamlessly embeds access insights and deliverables by the unified Access team, and support the adoption of the access strategy in key markets by guiding local execution (providing Access Amplifier guidance and Objection handler support).
* Ensure alignment with Access partners so that registrational trials and other clinical and non-clinical evidence packages are supportive of the overall access strategy, including the Integrated Evidence Package (IEP).
* Co-create access materials and outputs that incorporate diverse stakeholder perspectives (such as HTA bodies, Payers, Policy Makers, Governments, Patients, Caregivers, and Society) to successfully support reimbursement submission and Access processes globally, and actively engage externally (e.g., Medical/Commercial Ad Board, Congresses).
* Develop access assessments to inform investment decisions, valuations, and asset strategies for pipeline products and business development opportunities, and empower and coach GA partners to deliver key insights for integrated access assessments, strategies, plans, and their implementation.
Who You Are
* A Bachelor's Degree (life sciences, health economics, marketing, or medical), MBA, or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degrees is required.
* Significant pharmaceutical customer-facing experience, preferably in both global and country-level positions, or experience working within a cross-functional or integrated commercial team globally and locally.
* You must have 8+ years of access experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, with multidisciplinary experience within and beyond Access being an advantage.
* The ability to work in a matrix organization, lead diverse teams to achieve common goals, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the drug development and commercialization process, as well as the current and future external environment.
* The capability to understand complex scientific issues, translate them into effective access and business strategies, operate in ambiguity, and deliver impactful messages/strategic recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders, with deep knowledge of the Access landscape (e.g., US, China, EU4, UK, Canada).

The Position
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated summer intern to support the development of algorithms for enzyme optimization within Roche Diagnostics. You will work in a hybrid setting with a multidisciplinary team of computational scientists, data scientists, and protein engineers to design, implement, and evaluate methods that improve enzyme performance for diagnostic applications.
This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working at the intersection of advanced optimization techniques, protein language models (PLMs), and molecular biology/protein engineering.
* Develop and prototype computational methods for enzyme optimization (e.g., sequence design, mutational scanning, in silico screening).
* Apply, fine-tune, and interpret protein language models (PLMs) to analyze and generate protein sequences.
