With over 25 years of experience in operations, public accounting, and corporate finance, Rhonda provides proven expertise identifying, implementing, and managing best-in-class solutions, whether they are process- or technology-centric. She understands that although the digital space is maturing with respect to finance and operations, continual process improvement and tracking key performance indicators are equally important in effectively scaling Revel’s business model. As Chief Finance Officer at Revel, in addition to strategic infrastructure and systems planning, Rhonda provides financial forecasting and accounting, as well as contract and compliance management. During her career she has served in diverse roles in public accounting for BDO Seidman, and in operations and finance for Fischer Properties.
