The Revenue & Billing Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle billing and addressing of client queries relating to payments, coordinating all global billing activity for the Company. You will oversee billing accountants in India and collaborate with our Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate billing of services performed. You will handle all agency collections and record all billing & collections activity into the QuickBooks Online system.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain billing spreadsheet for complex billing process, consisting of multimillion dollars of invoices and more than 500 individual billing line items per month, working with world's leading brands like Google, Alphabet, Coinbase, etc.Collaborate with Project Managers to document project tasks and budgets, monitor task completion, and ensure timely and accurate billing of those completed tasks.Coordinate with and oversee activity of billing accountants in India and integrate billing information into master spreadsheet for invoice preparation and distribution.Handle agency collections, communicating with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.Record all billing and collections activity in QuickBooks online.
