The Revenue Manager is responsible for reviewing, understanding and compiling reports on asset performance regarding pricing. This individual will act as the advisor for the operations team from implementation, managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support/training. The Revenue Manager will also serve as point-of-contact for other departments regarding market conditions, reporting, and associated tasks via LRO, Radix, and other software.

RESPONSIBILTIES:


Revenue and Pricing Review pricing recommendations for all communities generated by pricing or other software Host pricing calls with on-site teams and Regional Managers to recommend pricing/renewal strategies and other systems settings Complete adjustments to internal systems and other software to achieve goals Perform audits and assessments on existing communities and provide necessary recommendations to appropriate team members regarding settings, training, etc. Lead the set-up for newly acquired communities from start to finish in pricing system, including assessment of ancillary income and amenities Attend appropriate conferences, meetings, and other events to keep up to date on latest trends and offerings and make recommendations as necessary Lead implementation of new initiatives surrounding revenue generation and software Training and Support
Create and implement continual training for team members at all levels of the organization, to include on-boarding, refreshers, and new products Host trainings both in-person and virtually as needed Build positive relationships with on-site teams and other departments Serve as point-of-contact for troubleshooting system issues with vendors and internal stakeholders Reporting
Provide on-going reporting to various levels of the organization on financial results, revenue management adoption, market conditions, and other items as necessary Analyze and interpret market level data for various demographic, economic, supply, and demand trends throughout the existing portfolio

1. Maximize room/unit revenue through proper management of rooms inventories through analytical and technical knowledge of hotel reservation system and front office system.
2. Utilize key 3rd party reports to aid in effectively pricing

3. Work directly with key partners to implement a results-driven action plan to yield up during high demand times as well as implement strategies during lower demand
