Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Occasionally the Warehouse/ back updriver fills in making deliveries to other businesses.
Perform other associated responsibilities as assigned
Sub for driver routes when they are out.
Qualifications
Requires basic experience warehouse, picking and packing experience, under close supervision.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
Experience with RF scanning, a plus
Good organization and time management skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically
A valid driver license and clean driving record
Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements. You must pass a drug test background check before starting.

Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all distribution center machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
* Use schematics to troubleshoot, test and repair electrical and mechanical systems on powered fleet assets in the distribution center.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot AC/DC motors and controllers
* Troubleshoot and repair of motors, switches, relays, solenoids, etc.
Spare Parts and Inventory Management:
* Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance and repair work.
* Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
Documentation and Reporting
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and complete maintenance work orders.
* Contribute ideas for improvements in all areas using the appropriate means of communication.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with operations and production teams to understand and address maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with external service providers and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.

Overview:
The CNC Machinist will need to be knowledgeable in programming and importing 3D models into software for the lathes and mills to create high quality specialty parts that will take our Automation Robotic Designs to the next level. This person needs to be highly skilled in working under great concentration and have a keen eye for precision pieces. All the while complying with safety compliance and accurately performing a variety of tasks and functions.
Pay: $23-$26/hr plus applicable shift differential ($1.00 for night shift)
What Will You Do?
* Prepare and operation a 3-axis CNC mill, water jet and turning centers.
* Import 3D models into programming software.
* Set up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting vises, chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, stock pushers and indicating vises.
* Generate a G-Code file from programming software and download to the CNC machine.
* Prepare and load raw materials and parts safely into the desired CNC machine.
* Stay current with engineering concepts, participate in training on new releases of software manufacturing techniques and quality concepts; train other individuals and departments as needed.
* Inspect and measure all parts that are being created on the CNC machines for the desired result. Check and maintain CNC machinery daily to ensure functionality, including preventive maintenance and proper housekeeping.
* Enter all CNC machine drawings, bills of material into machine manuals with the correct labeling as well as backed up in the correct locations on the network.
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

The Lead Systems Specialist is responsible for testing, commissioning, and diagnosing Building Automation Systems (BAS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and related technologies in data center environments. This role involves configuring network communications, analyzing system performance, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal system functionality. The specialist also leads documentation efforts, supports troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols are essential to success in this position.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Test, commission, and diagnose BAS systems, EPMS systems, including but not limited to DCIM, Electrical, HVAC and other systems.
+ Analyze and optimize communication issues with BMS, EPMS and DCIM systems.
+ Assist in the design and configuration of BAS and EPMS systems as defined by the contract documentation.
+ Lead configuration of TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications on controls devices as needed.
+ Complete and track project documentation, build trend logs, and perform data entry.
+ Compile project as-builts including updated markups and closeout documentation.
+ Work with facility technicians and building operators to implement changes in operating data center environments.
+ Act as SME for client sites.
+ Perform work on data center sites and follow required safety measures.
+ Lead coordination efforts with vendors, clients, project managers, and internal and external teams.
+ Work according to project timelines and required processes.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications** :
+ 4 or more years as a Data Center Technician, Controls Technician or related experience required.
+ Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and of BACNET/LON/MODBUS protocols.
+ Knowledge of TCP/IP network and RS-485 network configuration.
+ Keep project management apprised of concerns and issues. Track and record job progress and keep project personnel informed on progress upon arrival and before leaving the worksite.
+ Complete paperwork on-time including timesheets, posting of work orders, on-site documentation, and project status reports.
+ Must have a disciplined approach to managing task assignments. People skills, good judgment, and flexibility are critical to this position.
+ General knowledge of safe working practices (e.g., familiar with proper tool safety, eye protection, ladder safety, etc.)
+ Proficiency with basic operations of Windows 10 and standard office environment software is necessary.
+ Able to read installation drawings (Visio drawings/spreadsheets).
+ Able to perform all essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the day, and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Must be a self-starter and willing to learn new programs and applications
+ Must possess strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Able to travel as needed up to 50% based on project needs.
+ Knowledge of DDC, PLC, or similar Ladder-Logic is preferred.
+ Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Viso preferred.
