What you will do:
Greet customers, guests, or visitors upon arrival and assist in their order requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Processes telephone orders by quoting product, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate.
Assists outside sales personnel with the execution of their annual sales plan.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships. Learns and evaluates customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
Actively participate in the call center assisting prospective customers with their needs.
Pursues product and service applications utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialists, vendor representatives, and other available sources.
Set up and replenish displays, clean and maintain the store, as well as keep coffee/popcorn area clean regularly
Collect and work with payment transactions.
Engage Revere accepted suppliers for training, sales support, and business planning and that support the overall sales efforts
Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma; some college preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of customer service best practices.
Minimum of one-year customer service experience.

Overview:
The CNC Machinist will need to be knowledgeable in programming and importing 3D models into software for the lathes and mills to create high quality specialty parts that will take our Automation Robotic Designs to the next level. What Will You Do?
Prepare and operation a 3-axis CNC mill, water jet and turning centers.
Import 3D models into programming software.

The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electromechanical drives, sensors, and power industrial fleet as well as all equipment and systems within the distribution center. This role ensures that the facility operates efficiently and safely,
supporting the overall operational effectiveness of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all distribution center machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
* Use schematics to troubleshoot, test and repair electrical and mechanical systems on powered fleet assets in the distribution center.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot AC/DC motors and controllers
* Troubleshoot and repair of motors, switches, relays, solenoids, etc.
Spare Parts and Inventory Management:
* Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance and repair work.
* Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
Documentation and Reporting
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and complete maintenance work orders.
* Contribute ideas for improvements in all areas using the appropriate means of communication.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with operations and production teams to understand and address maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with external service providers and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
* Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.
