During your time working there, what was the most ridiculous comment you've heard from a customer?
This guy came in and claimed that his wife bought a coffee box a week back when he was out of town and it spilled all over his brand new Lexus. He said that his buddy was going to clean it for free but he wanted a refund and didn't have a receipt. I offered to look it up if it was a credit card and he got pissed. He asked me my name and said "OH ILL BE BACK!!!!!!! YOU RUINED MY LEXUS!" Im 99.99% sure he was a scam artist.Do You Work At Einstein Bros Bagels?
