Cerner Employee Review

Interesting scenario for you guys.

December 24, 2017 on Reddit

Interesting scenario for you guys. I work for a hospital that outsources 80% (if not more) of the actual technical build and support to "cerner experts". From what I know working with Cerner reps over the years, they seem to like their jobs enough, but are expected to work OT. I'm salaried at my hospital and also am expected to work crazy OT...so whatever to that. Best wishes for you and your peers. I hope your new overlords are nicer than your former - depending on your administration this could be a good thing :)

Thanks for your insight..Im currently salaried and I asked the question of whether we would continue to be salaried or hourly, I was told we would still be salaried so I shall see how that plays out.
