Overview:
Responsibilities:
Preparing machines and production areas before each shift
Operating and adjusting machinery as needed throughout the production process
Conducting regular maintenance checks and cleaning equipment
Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed
Bill of Material verification to bulk and components on the line (line clearance)
Perform Crane Hoist and Sling Inspection - Document
Assist with the training of new employees in duties and responsibilities of their position
Perform all duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of hand tool usage (i.e. screwdriver, wrench, pliers, allen wrench, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Able to follow written and verbal processes appropriately
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to details
Ability to write legibly
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours a day as well as climb a ladder and/or steps

BASIC DUTIES:
Material handling of all inventory, shipments and supplies throughout the distribution area.
A quality job of picking, packing, and loading customer orders for shipment.
Operate required industrial lift truck equipment safely and proficiently.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Pick and Pack customer orders maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Load active pick locations at 99.9% accuracy.
Proper material handling of cartons and pallets.
Perform required tasks on the WM system and RF equipment to process orders, replenish active locations and load trailers.
Document packing slips, labels and cartons for customer receiving purposes.
Obey all safety rules.
Operate required industrial lift truck equipment.
Meet all GMP requirements.
Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

As US Manager Trade Compliance, you are responsible for ensuring import and export compliance for cross-border shipments.
Act as the senior subject-matter expert and advisor on U.S. import and export compliance. Lead governance activities, develop and maintain controls and procedures, and ensure adherence to U.S. customs regulations. Drive duty optimization initiatives and manage duty drawback programs. Serve as the primary contact for CBP inquiries, ensure audit readiness, and act as the escalation point for complex compliance matters. Provide compliance support to Canada and other regional countries as needed.
**Your main focus:**
+ Build and maintain the U.S. trade compliance framework, including import/export procedures, internal controls, and audit routines.
+ Own and manage the duty-drawback program, including the program setup, data collection and validation, coordination of filings with brokers, and tracking of claims.
+ Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
+ Manage responses to CBP and other government inquiries, audits, and post-entry reviews.
+ Oversee compliance across key areas including HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, reconciliations, FDA requirements, USMCA qualification, and Section 232.
+ Lead customs compliance improvement initiatives with IT, Transport, Master Data, Tax, Finance, and Distribution Centers to close gaps and enhance efficiencies.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Independently operate production lines, making technical decisions impacting safety, quality and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
MAJOR DUTIES:
Operate equipment in accordance to Safety, Quality, cGMP and Standard Work guidelines.
Conduct in-process quality checks; take necessary actions for non-compliance.
Conduct changeover activities per daily schedule to include: geometric, shade and cleaning and sanitization. Continuously improve the process.
Conducts daily Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities including cleaning, inspection and lubrication (CIL)
Ensure 5S standards are achieved for equipment and line area.
Complete root cause problem solving and action planning as required.

Actively eliminate Lean (8 forms) waste; develop standard work instructions and OPLs as required.

Manufacturing Operations:
Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times. Responsible for donning task-specific PPE for EHS and GMP.
Set up and operate processing equipment for batch production - follow PPS instructions & ensure cleaning and sanitizing procedures are followed.
Perform line service duties - transport material to filling lines, hook up direct feed filling lines, yield material on the computer systems.
Operate powered vehicles such as fork trucks to transport materials within the plant.

Central Weigh Operations:

Weigh raw materials on computerized scales according to SOP.
Document all raw material information properly, including lot numbers and batch numbers to ensure lot traceability
Assemble weighed raw materials into “kitted” batches - ensure that all paperwork is matched up properly and that all raw materials are included on each batch.
Properly account for all material used in the department - incoming containers, re-weighed containers, and restocked materials.
Interface with computers and hand-held scanners to operate equipment and electronic documentation of activities.
Operate powered vehicle material handling equipment as needed.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
High school diploma / GE; preferred
Basic written, oral, and mathematical skills.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assists in the day-to-day management of solid and hazardous waste streams. Assists in maintaining compliance with Federal, State and local regulations governing waste management.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Maintains his/her assigned work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
Assists in the proper handling, documentation, inspection of, and transportation of hazardous wastes.
Assists in inspecting all forms of waste to determine the proper method of disposal.
Properly labels and inventories all hazardous wastes as directed by Supervisor.
Properly maintains satellite accumulation areas. Includes the movement of drum/containers from the floor to the proper storage.

Manages the day-to-day collection of recyclable materials as required.
Must be able to respond and help mitigate emergency events regarding any waste, including hazardous materials.
Operates various pieces of material handling equipment.
Operates and maintains filter press, drum crusher, balers, compactors, and other solid waste management equipment.
Assists Supervisor in scheduling pick-ups of non-hazardous waste, hazardous waste, recyclable materials and steel drums.
Communicates immediately to Supervisor any personnel problems, job coordination problems, parts or tool shortages, damages observed to equipment, building, or utilities, accidents, or safety hazards, company policy violations or any other information in his/her judgment that requires attention.
Must be able to respond to plant emergencies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office.
Basic Function:
This position is responsible for the physical, analytical and microbiological testing of Raw Materials, Bulk, Finished Product and Purchased Product for conformance to Revlon specifications. Use developed organoleptic, analytical test methods and shade evaluation/matching skills in evaluation of products.
The QC Laboratory supports an active manufacturing facility. Product evaluation and testing is performed in the QC Laboratory. Sampling is performed in other areas within the facility.
This position is required to be adaptable to working different shifts and Saturday/Sunday based on business demands and PTO schedules.
Raw Material:
Organoleptic evaluation, shade evaluation and physical testing, chemical testing of raw materials, in accordance with department procedures and Revlon specifications.
Sample raw materials in accordance with procedures and Revlon specifications.
Use, care, calibration of instruments and test equipment to include but not limited to Karl Fischer, pH meter and IR.
Assist in training new employees.
Generate approval/reject tags for raw materials.
Enters evaluation, test results and final disposition in SAP for raw materials.
Interface with Bulk Planning/Manufacturing/Receiving to coordinate the sampling, testing and dispositioning of raw materials.
Works independently with little supervision.
Follows Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Microbiology:
Microbiological testing of raw materials, bulk product, finished product and purchased products in accordance with department procedures and Revlon specifications.
Sample materials in accordance with procedures and Revlon specifications.
Prepare media according to procedures and test methods.
Use and care of instruments and test equipment to include but not limited to pH meter, balances, incubators, flow hoods and Autoclave.
Enters test results and final disposition in SAP.
Assist in training new employees.
Provide backup to Microbiologist in environmental testing capacity.
Samples and tests DI Water system. Documents test results.
Works independently with little supervision.
Follows Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.

Bulk:

Verify/audit documentation of test results in SAP and Standard Process Instructions (SPI) in accordance with procedures and Revlon specifications to ensure compliance to requirements.
Generate approval/reject tags for bulk materials.
Ships samples of first, second and third production batches to R&D and Product Development.
Interface with Bulk Planning/Manufacturing to coordinate sampling of bulk updates, testing and dispositioning of bulk batches.
Works independently with little supervision.
Follows Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.

Shade:

Provide shade disposition and color adjustments based on color comparison to bulk standards in accordance with Standard Process Instructions (SPI).
Evaluate pigment dispersion in bulk batches and provide remedial in accordance with Standard Process Instructions (SPI).
Maintain production standards used for shade evaluation.
Enter evaluation, test results and final disposition in SAP.
Ships samples of first, second and third production batches to R&D and Product Development.
Use, care and calibration of instruments and test equipment to include but not limited to Horbia, Automatic Muller, Hegman Scale, Powder Press and water bath.
Works independently with little supervision.
Follows Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.

Analytical:

Use, care, calibration and troubleshooting of instruments and testing equipment to include but not limited to GC, HPLC, ICP and UV.
Assist in training new employees.
Assist with Laboratory investigations associated with out of specification results.
Works independently with little supervision.

The base pay range for this position is $30,400 and $54,600/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
