Overview:
At Revlon, we're transforming beauty with iconic brands and bold innovation. As Brand Marketing Manager, GTM, you will own one of our most dynamic categories, leading strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful brand experiences across retail and digital channels. This role blends creativity with business acumen - driving product launches, activation programs, and cohesive communications that inspire consumers and fuel growth.
Purpose
You will be the brand champion and business owner for Revlon Color Cosmetics Eye, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate the brand, strengthen consumer engagement, and deliver business results, including share growth. This includes leading integrated campaigns, managing retail and eCommerce activations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Eye Segment Leadership
Serve as the expert in the Eye category, leveraging consumer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive growth.
Lead cross-functional partners to develop strategies that expand core and new product lines, increasing share, sales, and profit.
Conduct ongoing analysis of category dynamics and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute holistic activation strategies across media, retail, and digital platforms.
Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to strengthen brand presence at major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc).
Brief internal teams on activation plans and ensure alignment across channels.
Omnichannel Brand Communications
Lead the end-to-end display development process for RCC, Tools, and Almay, collaborating with Trade, Creative, and Structure teams.
Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across in-store displays, walls, retail environments, and eCommerce platforms.
Partner with Retail Experience to deliver impactful in-store graphics and messaging aligned with brand priorities.
Partner with Digital / eCommerce teams to adapt innovation toolkits and activation programs for retail.com and Amazon, ensuring digital assets are cohesive with in-store executions.
Establish KPIs and track performance to measure program success.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Own performance tracking, reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the Eye segment.
Build and manage trackers, collaborating with sales, creative, and production teams.
Lead and present monthly business and brand reviews.
Financial Management
Develop and manage the Eye category budget.
Partner with Finance on brand and project P&L accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, omnichannel communications experience a plus.
Experience CPG strongly preferred, beauty is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail environments, eCommerce platforms, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and timelines.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Revlon is looking for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative E-Retail Media Manager to drive our Brands' retailer media performance. Specifically, this role is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of retailer media investments across all our pure players and e-comm partners (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Macy's, Ulta, and others) This role is responsible for all Revlon Group brands (Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Juicy Couture, American Crew, Almay, Mitchum, Crème of Nature, etc) retailer media strategy, planning and execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be the subject matter expert on Retailer Media: leverage deep understanding of consumer, commercial and operational parts of the media ecosystem and end to end process to drive optimal outcomes from retailer media investments.
• Partner with Marketing & Account teams to translate business strategies and needs into retailer media plans and activation that grow brand sales and increase media productivity.
• Be the Retailer Media steward for our brands. Know the retailer media plans inside and out; effectively communicate planned results on key KPIs; drive decisions, manage timelines, ensure all who touch the media for your brand(s) are informed and aligned to goals.
• Be a master collaborator: bring business needs for media to cross-functional teams to drive outcomes; leverage these teams to inform recommendations and strategies.
• Drive and oversee executional excellence of Retailer Media plan with strong attention to detail. Guide and collaborate with those involved in the implementation to achieve planned goals.
• Lead the optimization of Retailer Media spend. Monitor results to ensure plans deliver as expected. Give feedback to internal and external teams to improve performance.
• Drive external partners: manage relationships with Retailer Media AOR (Horizon) supporting teams and creative agencies to ensure media plan, activation and stewardship needs are met. Bring media-driven, consumer consumption-based insights to creative strategy and asset development. Provide feedback and coaching on creative performance where relevant.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive and derive implications.
• Maintain relationships with key media vendors (Amazon Ads Walmart Connect, Roundel, Macy's Media Network, UB Media Network) to fully understand their offerings and apply back to media plans. Partner with advertising accounts teams to continually evaluate and identify new opportunities to improve brand performance.
• Lead development, approval, implementation and tracking of Retailer Media learning plans. Feed into testing results reporting and interpretation and lead media team POV on results and next steps.
• Understand media technology/tools capabilities and help identify potential future needs to drive automation and better outcomes.
• Understand beauty market and monitor keyword trends, strategically invest in key categories where this is opportunity to gain share on retail partners' platforms.
• Leverage business acumen to drive influence. Sell media strategy into and celebrate Retailer Media results with key stakeholders across the organization. Present media investment performance monthly to brand leadership and advise brands on creative or content optimization opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Media Planning roles
• Experience planning and managing retail media (incl. Amazon, Walmart, Target)
• Media Agency experience is a plus.

Overview:
The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and practices, as well as experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
The SEO Manager will be involved in technical development to ensure that tracking is in place, a baseline is established, and continuously report on the health of SEO throughout the execution of a given initiative. This position requires a commanding knowledge of Enterprise Search Analytics with expert experience in SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and other relevant SEO data platforms. The position will support end to end partnerships, as well as 360 executions aligned to the NAM marketing strategy and tactics. The individual in this role must be able to develop deep relationships and strong collaboration with the external partners, support the development and execution of best-in-class, creatively inspiring holistic marketing plans, be able to work collaboratively across multiple divisions of the organization in order to align and execute the plan, and deliver a clear and compelling strategy and business case for the plans.

What You'll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Education: BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing, or related degrees
Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media). Strong knowledge of digital and social media landscape and channels, including influencer networks.
Creativity: A flair for innovative thinking and a passion for beauty trends.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Familiarity with IRI/Nielsen.
Market Insight: Strong interest in market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.

Position Overview
This person will be the primary point of contact for the growth of various Ralph Lauren brands for all families of business in their store or territory. They will focus on developing relationships with key wholesale partners to execute company strategies while maintaining an important level of connectivity to our Sales Partners, Brand Image, and other internal partners to ensure we are presenting our Ralph Lauren brands in the most evolved and elevated manner possible. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Acumen/Communication:
* Cleary understand and can articulate of the state of the business including annual volume, category performance, best sellers, and in-season trend for your business, as well as communicating Wins and Opportunities.
* Send business recaps covering sales trends, sell through of key programs, class selling, AUR and performance of core replenishment to identify and communicate overall learnings, best performers and opportunities with account and internal partners, as well as leadership.
* Consistently communicate business needs with Store Management, RL Sales Partners, and Retail Development leadership team to identify immediate and ongoing opportunities from store visits.
* Build & maintain strong account/store partnerships & relationships through continuous collaboration.
* Execute strategies outlined by leadership team to drive sales growth and profitability.
In-Store Presentation:
* Execute strong, well-balanced merchandise statements consistent with Ralph Lauren strategies & guidelines.
* Execute floor moves based on seasonal directives, incoming receipts & modify as required based on business trends.
* Walk each respective family of business on a consistent, weekly basis; make productive assessments and act where needed in a timely manner.
* Ensure the store maintains the highest level of maintenance standards as well as timely execution of processing new inventory for the floor, price changes and markdowns.

* Partner with in-store teams to continually assess quality of staff to ensure we have best in class talent using sales/productivity metrics as our guide when available.
* Provide and demonstrate elevated selling and customer engagement techniques to empower the team to sell more.
