Vlad has been Revolut’s Chief Technology Officer since he co-founded the company with Nik Storonsky. His software engineering experience spans several industries, including travel and finance, creating real-time billing systems and booking engines. After building financial software systems at tier one investment banks such as UBS and Deutsche Bank, he realised that to deliver a next generation digital banking service he would need to build it himself. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science.

Prior to joining Revolut, Paroma held senior executive roles at Lendingkart, Via.com, Flipkart, and Airtel Money. She is a renowned leader in the fintech and consumer tech industry and was named as one of the “Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology of Asia” in 2020.

As the leader of the executive team in India, Paroma builds and leads Revolut’s subsidiary in the region, defines and implements the business strategy, hires the team and manages license applications and any potential acquisitions in the market.

Mikko Salovaara was named Chief Financial Officer of Revolut in May of 2021. Salovaara joined Revolut in January of 2021 as a Vice President of Finance.

Pierre Decote is Group Chief Risk Officer at Revolut and joined in November 2019. He is responsible for overseeing the risk profile of the group and has direct responsibility for all second line activities including all Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk management (market, liquidity, capital, credit, operational, business), Assurance and testing, Model validation, Governance, Policies and control framework. His previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at Prodigy, Chief Credit Officer at Barclaycard, Chief Analytics Officer at Tandem Bank, Managing Director of performance marketing at Capital One. Pierre holds a Masters in Business Administration and Finance from ESC Bordeaux, France.

Alan is Senior Vice President Revenue at Revolut focusing on the company’s profitability goals. Since joining as Revolut’s fifth employee, he has held numerous key operational positions at the company. Alan has headed customer service, created the Metal and Premium accounts, and oversaw international expansion into the US, Singapore, and Australia as VP Operations. During this time, he also grew the Operations function to more than 100 people, and turned the Payments business into a profitable operation. Alan holds a Physics degree from Imperial College London.

Michal is the group's Chief Operations Officer. He joined Revolut from Amazon after spending nearly 5 years building out the transportation and delivery operations in EU. His contributions include creating and leading MEU Regional Operations, as well as developing the Central Programs and EU Network Operations teams. Before Amazon, Michal was an Associate Partner at McKinsey’s Warsaw office. Michal holds MBA from Kellogg School of Management and MSc from Politecnico di Milano.

Sid Jajodia joined Revolut as Chief Banking Officer in July 2021. He was previously CEO Credit for three years at PayU. He has deep experience in global banking including four and a half years at Lending Club, first as vice president risk management and later as chief investment officer. He spent 12 years at Capital One in various roles, most recently, SVP and head of SME lending.
