Matthew has been a leader in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and in the C suite for the last seven years. As Chief Operating Officer of EyeCare Services Partners, he was responsible for: Operations, Integration, Revenue Cycle Management, Provider Recruiting, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality and Purchasing.

A dynamic executive, he has extensive experience in a broad range of healthcare industry functions. He has successfully built businesses, sourced and executed transactions, created and executed strategies, optimized operations, developed and launched products, driven international expansion, and extended brands globally. Most importantly, he has been successful at building winning teams that have driven business growth and maximized investor returns. A charismatic, authentic and action-orientated producer, Kirchner brings to every new assignment, activity or challenge a passionate commitment to success.

He has held various positions at Medtronic, Amgen, J&J, Lehman Brothers and Campbell Alliance. He received a MBA from Duke University with a Health Sector Management Concentration and BA in Kinesiology from Occidental College.

Tim Weerasiri is a CFO at Revolution Prep and is based in Santa Monica, California. He has worked as VP of Finance at Victor Solomon, Senior Associate at KPMG US, and Corporate Controller at Victor Solomon. Tim studied at University of Michigan Ross School of Business, RMIT University, and Scotch College Melbourne.

Experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of building and scaling systems and processes. Extensive experience working with bank lender groups, private equity sponsors, Boards of Directors, vendors, founders/shareholders and other constituencies. Skilled in Financial Accounting, Data Analytics, Microsoft Excel, MySQL/PostgreSQL, & Tableau.
