What do you like best about RevSpring's CEO and the leadership team?
I don't know the CEO outside of one email where he felt the need to wag his finger about people not turning on their cameras for client facing calls. Felt like I was being scolded.
How would you improve RevSpring's culture?
Making the process of working much more efficent and intuitive. Having 3 different due dates to track for 1 ticket is absolutely absurd especially when you are given a pile of 6 at a time. Combine that with the absolute minefield that is doing about anything, and I am in awe as to how RevSpring makes any kind of money.
How did you prepare for the RevSpring interview?
I really didn't. It was incredibly easy for my position. Understanding how a stack worked is all it took.
How does your compensation at RevSpring compare to the industry average?
Exactly average, if not slightly below. More than compensated by remote work.
