Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and regulatory filings.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity, debt service covenant compliance and financial stability.
Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales operations/internal quoting process to optimize procurement, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve revenue recognition, contract management, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Executive Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other executives to provide financial guidance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to overall company leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, the board of directors, private equity, other investors and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience
15+ years of business/corporate finance experience required.
5+ years as a CFO or VP, Finance in a technology or technology services business.
Experience in technology solutions and services environment
Experience supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
BA, BS, or business-focused degree required.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and data gathering skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on finance.

Ensure all agreements are compliant with FDCPA, GLBA, HIPAA/HITECH, healthcare regulatory frameworks, and state-specific privacy laws.
Advise on contract structure, terms, risks, and negotiation strategy to drive timely deal closure and support revenue growth.
