Job Overview The Engineering Team Lead is a hands-on supervisory role that balances technical expertise, project management, and team leadership. Leading a team of front-end and back-end developers, this role requires both detailed problem-solving and strategic oversight to deliver high-quality software solutions. By collaborating closely with product, QA, and SRE/DevOps teams, the Engineering Team Lead ensures technical excellence while driving the successful execution of engineering initiatives that align with business objectives.
