Overview of Responsibilities * Proactively engaging customers while sampling products * Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided * Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product * Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products * Coordinating all event activities, including: * Event setup and takedown * Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings * Managing sample supply and sample product inventory * Preparing event recaps via SharePoint * Maintaining program specific equipment * Adhering to strict food safety guidelines * Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base #li-dni Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent * High energy with a passion for Sprouts product * Thrives on customer engagement * Ability to suggestively sell product * Willingness to learn and grow * Ability to follow cooking directions * Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours * Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning * Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office * Strong organizational skills * Results-oriented mindset * Problem solving skills * Intermediate level computer skills Benefits In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
