Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, design, and process detailing related to Pega application development.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on development experience with Pega PRPC (v8.x, v23.x, and/or v24.x), including Pega Customer Service Framework implementations.
Pega certification required: Certified System Architect (CSA), Senior System Architect (CSSA), or Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with PL/SQL.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Java/J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML) and/or web technologies (JavaScript, CSS).
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, validation, deployment, and production support.
Demonstrated experience capturing, documenting, and mapping business requirements and current-state processes in both internal and external consulting environments.
Proven experience working in a telecom, customer service, or other high-availability, 24x7 operational environment.
