Responsibilities Your Role: The Production Scheduler is a key contributor to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process by creating and maintaining daily production schedules that align with customer delivery requirements. This role is responsible for running and analyzing SAP reports, addressing system-generated action messages, resolving planning and material issues, and adjusting supply orders as needed. Responsibilities Your role: The Environmental Technician position will report directly to the EHS Manager. This position will support the EHS manager as the primary administrator of all environmental programs. The Environmental Technician will maintain environmental programs while playing a support role in the prevention of injuries and illnesses to employees. Support EHS Manager in completing annual Air Emissions Reporting. * Maintain compliance with Wastewater requirements by collecting wastewater samples, tracking wastewater discharge, reporting discharges to POTW. * Maintain compliance with Storm Water/SPCC requirements by conducting SPCC/SWPPP inspections, conducting storm water inspections of outfalls, coordinate sump and pit inspections, submit required annual reports to regulatory agencies. * Maintain compliance with hazardous waste, universal waste, used oil and recycling requirements by conducting weekly/monthly required inspections, sampling, tracking and arranging timely off-site disposal. * Maintain compliance with SARA by conducting annual chemical inventory, tracking and completing annual Tier II reporting and other applicable recordkeeping, as required. * Maintain compliance with asbestos requirements through annual ACM/PCM inspections, maintains the Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Plan, and conducts required environmental employee training. * Leads and/or assists in the mailings/correspondence to the various regulatory agencies. * Assist with the EHS on-boarding process for new hires. * Serves as a backup to the EHS Manager when not available. * Assists in injury, near miss, and fire investigation. * Assists in the implementation of EHS incentive programs. * Participates and/or facilitates the plant's EHS Committees. * Leads and/or assists in conducting EHS related audits. We are searching for a Process Engineer to join our team located at our facility in Jacksonville, IL (West plant location). Responsibilities Your Role: The Process Engineer role supports the manufacturing process using engineering skills to assess, manage, implement, improve, or revise processes, with the goal of improving efficiency of operation, safety, and the consistency of product quality. The individual will be responsible for developing procedures that facilitate the adoption of standardized processes that support future expansion. In addition, the individual will monitor the effectiveness of processes and quantifies results and presents findings to management. The role requires preparation of detailed reports and analysis for use by management in measuring overall production efficiency. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! * Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality; resolving problems; completing time studies; identifying trends; and implementing change. * Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools. * Confer with vendors, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status. * Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. * Assess, document, and monitor existing processes. Implement and evaluate changes to existing processes designed to enhance productivity, safety, or product quality. Develop new processes as required. * Interact closely with new product development group to assist in implementation and scale up of new products on the production lines. * Analyze current machinery conditions and work with internal and external resources to modify and improve operational effectiveness. * Lead facility in Lean Manufacturing efforts and education.
